I was able to pair the device initially and it seems to work OK However I wanted to pair the device on another IP 5 At this point I cannot get the new IP to see the new device I took the following steps 1 Delete the device inside the insite app from the first IP 2 Delete the device inside the first IP s bluetooth setting 3 remove the battery from the device 4 Launch the insite app from the second IP 5 Put back the battery and go thru the pairing process from the second IP At this point the app keeps having problem with pairing         Not good Coolguy1004

I don t know why people are having such a problem with this It s incredibly easy to set up Just follow the instructions through the app and enjoy The app has two features to find whatever you have attached the device to I attached mine to my keys and it works flawlessly It even has a feature built into the device to find your phone If you misplace your phone just press the small button on the insite device and your phone rings Maybe some people give up on products too quickly Overall great product                     Good product Ryangabby18

I use this device with my iPhone 5s with the sensor on my backpack So far it works very well with useful software settings Battery life on my phone appears unaffected and the battery in the device lasts 5 6 months and is easily and inexpensively replaced when necessary Your iPhone monitors the device battery for you If you travel or misplace items often this device is small easy to use and highly recommended                     Just what I needed Rtodd
