Needs return to function for external browsers and quick way to mark pages of items as read           Missing features

First I was a Google Reader user Then like most people struggled when GR died and went through about a dozen alternatives Then I settled on Feedly It wasnt perfect but it was better than the other options I saw Well over time Feedly has very rapidly developed a bunch of flashy things I dont care about and seemingly refused to change the things I do care about eg their page downspace bar function does not work the way it works on nearly every other site I read Thats when I found inoreader not as flashy as Feedly but thats not what I want in an rss reader I want text and a way to manage that text in a simple but effective way Inoreader imo is the best reader out there right now and the development is going in a direction that puts function ahead of form without sacrificing either Oh and I dont think this app has ever crashed on me                 Better than Feedly

I scan headlines to decide which articles to read I dont care about the rest I need RSS readers that mark articles read when you scroll past This does that Inoreader web interface is tops too the one most like Google Reader Great service great app especially now that its optimized for iPhone 6                 Marks read while scrolling

Desktop client is best Ive tried since Google Reader was axed The app pretty much matches the desktop client but works well for mobile use                 Works well for me

Sync seems fast Dark theme is attractive Inability to quickly mark an item as read with a swipe like feedly cost it 2 stars IMHO should be tap to open swipe left to mark as unread swipe right for other options would be nice to set a default like starring the item Looking forward to the next update           Good start

The Web version of this app is much smoother and easier to use than this It takes ages to load up a feed but is almost instantaneous in the browser I can quickly skim the titles and read the articles I want in the browser but the app requires either trudging through each article one by one or hitting the back button to return to the list The only advantage I can see is having notifications when new news is available        Why make an app

This app is a good rss app Mostly stable though it does crash at random times like when using swipe gestures on topics are article titles Design is ok but not minimal enough for me but it does deliver content and allow you to control subscriptions and thats a plus Here are some things that I think can improve the experience 1 Please integrate the Search features from the website into this app This would be a killer feature particularly for those of us paying for premium 2 Cards view full screen for iPad Cards view is only for the subject view on the left pane which makes no sense This can be improved by allowing a full screen of cards on the iPad to make better use of the real estate 3 Stability fixes and proper linking to share sites like G When you link in G it gives the post title and the link in the comment section of g instead of placing the link in the designated link section of G This is the only app Ive ever seen do this this needs to be fixed because it currently requires the user to cut the link from the comments section and paste it in the link section More cumbersome than useful So far as stability it think thats pretty straight forward The app crashes randomly when you use it Again this is not good for the user experience Overall the app is good but could use more design improvements maybe later and more modern as well as added features like search and basic improvements to how it uses the iOS share sheet           Good but not Great

this is the only app that supports big card view in appstore even newstify can not do it so my only choise              love big card view

I have been using my InoReader account on another reader FeddllerPro Utal when I stumbled on this last week I like its simplicity and I have been on it for a week I however could not delete my FeddllerPro because of some limitations 1 Within individual subscriptions all the news show I wish I can either sort with readunread or hideu hide the read 2 I wish there is also to control sharing options options and modes by being able to indicate what platforms I need d for sharing and whether I want to share link or full text           Great App room for Improvement

Why you have to tap 2 times to read the actual articles in a folder Other RSS reader apps just tap a folder read while in this app you have to tap a folder tap read all articles in this folder read so annoying     UX

Since the update it crashes every time I try and look at saved articles Love the app Hate the crashing        Crashes

I love that they dont even mention in their changelog that advertisements will now plaster every screen youre on Not recommended     Ads Everywhere

Inoreader is best feed reader I tried and now is my only choice Clean simple not bloated add free Syncs across the devices When it comes to feeds Inoreader is all you need                 Great

I really like the simplicity of the app Its smooth and the gestures work well Its my default reader and best one for the service by far With the most recent update some welcomed functionality around mark as read behavior Wish list item When in an article make the sharing options default to the iOS share menu not just copy link open in Safari open in Chrome I prefer sometimes to send the full article or text it Copy achieves that but it seems like an extra step thats not necessary              Almost perfect

Most of the readers that I have used crash constantly For that matter most iOS 8 apps crash constantly But inoreader does not it is stable outputs to many social media sights and its the very few readers that work well IMHO           It works un ios8

I think this app is wonderful I can tag articles and save up collections I have found all the feeds I want And the customization is good I can change it specifically for each feed The themes are good too Lots of customization in the settings I dont mind pulling up a second to load the full article It saves cellular data Dunno what more one could want Oh and its free                 Wonderful App

While the app doesnt have all the blogs I follow the format it is in you can look at each blog on its own yet all the blogs are in the same place is something that other more widely known blogs are lacking Or if they do have the feature its not readily accessible              Okay but

Like many other apps I can not read or even find blogs I can read in Feedly     Nope

Need capability to mark as read more than one and less than all or a subscription Feedly can do this by page 5 or so with a swipe           Decent not there yet

Now with ads since the update 15 dollar upgrade fee Will start looking for other reader app     Update brings ads

Used to love this app and web version now search doesnt work so will be looking for s new rss reader        Search function doesnt work anymore

Probably one of the best RSS readers out there Its simple and very functional                 Excellent App

iPhone 6Plus layout     Is it that hard

I like the speed of the app and the clean layout However Id like options to have the oneclick markallread return me to the main feed listing to have less white space between items so more can fit on the screen to eliminate icons entirely including the generic feed icon and to see 12 lines of content preview under the news item title Also I dont see why the name of the feed has to appear under each news item title its a waste of space              Pretty good

Much better reader than flip board and feedly cause theres a lot of option and thats good                 Awesome

How do i login to a diff gmail account when the app keeps logging me back in the one i just signed off from Whoever coded this needs to be fired     Fire your programmers

I love inoreader service on the desktop to me this was the best replacement for google reader I moved away fro feedly to inoreader this mobile version is a great attempt but still buggy crashes every time I do a pull down to refresh maybe because of the number of articles I have But the layout and ease of use is well done I believe the next version may fix this Love it otherwise              Great attempt just not there yet

Id really love to have the ability to proceed to the next feed in my list once marking all as read rather than having to go back to the feed list and choosing the next feed Other than that I am extremely happy with this app              Excellent App But Lacks One Feature

when you pull for more items it keeps loading again with new items including those already being displayed this is really frustrating please check thanks              one major bug

I dont mind monetization with ads but they just started showing up on the app and theyre horribly placed at the bottom overlaying the news feed as I scroll and are not dismiss able They should be displayed at the top of a feed where they can be seen and then roll off as the user scrolls Right now its too annoying to use and Im disappointed that Ill have to find another rss reader if it continues Fantastic app aside from overly annoying ads though        Ads Badly Placed

Crashes upon launch on iPad Air     Crashes

Hate the new UI where when u click on an article it takes you full screen on that article instead of opening it up in right pane of split window At Least allow the users the option to revert to old layout please     uI changes ruined it

Unfortunately the trend with RSS reader apps it seems is to only display snippets of an article Meaning in order for me to read an article I am interested it in I have to tap extra times to see the content For example I have subscribed to The Verge When I open the app I am greeted with my list of unread titles I tap a title and it then brings me to a cut off snippet of the article with a continue reading link at the button where it then just loads the source webpage directly This is redundant and annoying Instead of showing a snippet it should just display the actual full text from the source article directly I have switched to Newsify now because it offers this experience and thus saves time and doesnt add an extra barrier to the content I want to read     Cumbersome and annoying to use

However I had to change my password to log in via email address The original pw was very long and I kept getting an error saying Please Enter Password even though it was already populated I changed it to a shorter one and I was able to get past the login screen              Great app

This app works great on the iPhone but it looks terrible on the iPad All they do is stretch out the graphics for the bigger screen           Fantastic for iPhone Bad for iPad

I like it but the battery drain needs to be addressed before I will use it again           Massive battery drain
