Calendar
The Calendar shows list, day, week and month views. Data input is facilitated by text, voice-to-text* or handwritten appointments. Text-to-voice* lets you listen to these on the go.

List
Enables quick to-do lists using gestures. Capture your ideas rapidly for your straightforward to-do lists. Drag your tasks for manual sorting.

Todo
To-do`s can be displayed in a variety of tabbed reports so you have critical information at your disposal. These include: Today`s tasks, Over Due, Due Date, Starred, Priority, Projects, Progress, Done, All, and Date Created. For advanced functionality, assign a project, start/due date, alerts, percent complete, priority and star to any of your to-do’s.

Projects
When a simple to-do list is not enough, Projects lets you easily categorize and organize your assignments. The tree outline structure expands and collapses to reveal associated to-do`s, notes and sub folders. Your projects are organized visually with color-coded folders.

Notes
When you want to capture you thoughts, notes allows you to easily add text, handwritten sticky notes, images and drawings to help conceptualize your ideas. Notes is integrated with Projects, making organizing large projects a breeze.

*Voice-To-Text (VTT) is available on non-Siri models only. Devices that VTT is available on are: iPhone 3Gs and iPhone 4, iPad, iPad2, iTouch 3rd Gen & iTouch 4th Gen. VTT and Text-To-Voice requires Internet. VTT is limited to 20 uses per/day. VTT works similar to Siri Dictation and therefore is not available on devices that have Siri.
