I have Rosetta for Spanish but decided to try Babble for Swedish More useful phrases learned in the early lessons and just enough grammar as you go so that you understand the whys behind the language Definitely preferring Babble over Rosetta online Useful review sessions are included throughout the learning process Recent updates include a full keyboard much easier to work with Great program nice updates

Generally good app Some bugs in that some of the audio example sentences are not there Cant repeat audio which would be helpful Some dialects are much easier to understand than others and all audio examples are different quality some better than others I would still use Rosetta Stone but like the convenience of my ipad so it is good but not great Good app for ipad

I like babbel I am learning some Swedish but sometimes it says I am saying it wrong but I am saying it right so I have to say it 1000 times before it says I get it right Not really
This is a nice app for helping you learn Swedish but the voice recognition is pretty weak and the latest update has provided a full keyboard that doesnt include the Swedish vowels Latest update removed Swedish letters
Ive used the pulsmer approach Rosetta Stone dulingo CDs and a lot of differnt methods to learn languages and this one is by far my favorite Within a couple hours of it you are already able to converse a little bit and understand what you are saying Only had it for a week so far and will update in a month If you want to learn a language id recommend this 100 Well worth the money

Its a great app I figured I would try it for a month before I jumped into learning Swedish for my mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints I really enjoyed it it was just more expensive than the amount I used it So get it if you truly want to learn and spend time on it everyday I love the app just wish it was less expensive Fantastic Fun and helpful
Ive used many language programs including Rosetta Stone and this one has worked the best and had had the best results Very fast learning and practical language knowledge and skills Best language system Ive used
You have to upgrade to learn anything other than how are you Irrelevant
Its a great because it doesnt give you too much each lesson Its not just learning words little by little it has dialogue and helps with conversations I would definitely recommend this to someone wanting to learn languages Great Way to Learn Languages
Great app makes it easy and fun to learn Swedish And it really costs so much less than other language programs Ive looked into I also love that it can be downloaded onto my mobile devices so that I can use it when I have a few minutes wherever I am The lessons are broken up into short but effective sessions so it doesnt feel overwhelming I highly recommend this program Learn swedish with babbel
Babbel is a great way to start learning a language even if you dont have much time They cover relevant vocabulary like many other apps but go beyond that to provide some grammar feedback on pronunciation and putting words into conversations I love it Perfect balance of vocab pronunciation and some grammar
Especially good for getting over the hump into actually understanding what ordinary people are saying And even speaking yourself You dont get that just from studying vocabulary on your own Very effective program
The app is fine The icon has all this text all over it though It uses mobi files Whats with the weird icon Glitch

This is a really great idea I wish the listen and repeat exercises had some sort of feedback telling you whats wrong with your pronunciation Sat here saying Hur mår du like 15 times before the lesson would continue Could use more feedback to the user

I have been using this app for Swedish for about a month and a halfIt is quite comprehensive and includes reading spellinggrammar and pronunciationIt is the most complete at learning but moves along very fastThe audio recordings speak a bit fast and the quality changesA few of the speakers some strange as if the recording was sped up a bitI purchased the six month plan and if you are really interesting in learning Swedish it is the best dealIt will most likely take me a year or a year and a half to really begin get a firm grip on SwedishSo for about 100 for a year and a half is cheap compared to Rosetta and PimsleurBut I am using those also because they are better at repeating and practicing Very good language tool
Seriously if you like languages this is the App for you Fill in any of your dead time with picking up new vocabulary Join the PC on line service also and you can work on grammar racking up scores based on how much time you spend reviewing Even my daughters Spanish improved by spending time on her App Babbel is Awesome

This is a fantastic app It is so much easier than on the PC and because it is mobile that makes it much more efficient if your on the move or you just cant sit at a computer for a half hour So basically its amazing Must download Amazing and Easy

This is a decent language app but the voice recognition does not work I had a real live Swede try it and he couldnt make it work Also too much emphasis on learning to write I want to speak first not write Swedish Overall though it is good I do question some of the word choices they teach I have Rosetta and Swedish Pod 101 and they seem to agree with each other and disagree with this app on some words and phrases Better Than Average But

this is great and all but I dont have the money to learn stuff that I could be learning from a dictionary makes you pay
