This is a bit contrary to the basic premise of the iPad Everything should be easy and intuitive I feel like I need to practice using the this software if I want to use it in a real business setting so I dont look like a dork in front of my piers or bosses     Disappointing

App looks great but a little hard to figure out The bigger problem is it crashed quite frequently Hope this is addressed in future updates        Good app but needs to be more stable

Way too many problems with VGA output not showing up the whole screen Hey 1024x768 where are you Very difficult to switch between tools making it difficult to display your drawing this is not a very smooth tool at all Sometimes buttons say edit and dont let go lots of problems I really hope they fix soon If so I will reedit my review     Way too many problems with VGA output and only seeing 13 of the screen Please FIX

To navigate It looked like fun way to write out meeting plans Cant easily change from one meeting to anothernot intuitive        Not easy

This app needs A LOT of work First of all It only displays part of the pad on the screen in 640 by 480 It is really slow When you draw something it makes each section into a separate piece and puts a box around which makes it very hard to write quickly The app itself and its icon look VERY ugly Its not very esthetically pleasing at all I should have known this app was bad But the VGA out idea made it impossible for me to resist YOU SHOULD RESIST     Do not buy

Love the app Need the ability to group items together to be able to move them as a single unit instead of having to reposition everything individually Need to be able to copy a selected shape line etc And then paste it so that the two are exactly the same size for impromptu technical drawings Need to be able to scale the graph paper 1 square equals x number of inches or feet and then be able to pinch and zoom in on an area of the sheet or zoom back out to see the whole sheet              Great app Needs some tweaking

NO LANDSCAPE MODE VERY LIMITED FONT SELECTIONS I give it a zero in functionality     Not usable

Without a landscape mode this is a terrible waste of money Update changing to five stars with latest update and landscape mode                 No landscape mode

I was very hopeful that this application would allow me to write on my tablet screen and have the results projected onto a monitor or projector Try printing a word the app makes each stroke a new picture terrible This sure wont work for me Maybe someone can figure out how to actually print words on the screen with this How can you draw a picture without using words to label parts of the picture type words and try to move them around Try that with an audience and see how fast they fall asleep Until this app does that I sure would not buy it But if you want to draw a few lines and have them on a monitor it does do that For 5 not much to show for it     Just Try Writing on Screen

Dont spend the money Too many problems You will wish you could return it and get your money back Good idea just needs to do what it says it will do It most definitely does not     Poor app

I like the app and find it quite useful Not quite as good as my tablet PC but handy My only complaint is that only the bottom 23 of the paper appears on a VGA Landscape mode would be very help              Pretty Good Whiteboard Tools

I really love this app and was using it just the other day The update brings some small but very nice add ons Keep up the excellent work                 Nice update

The software is good might be a little easier and intuitive to use but must supports screen rotation as soon as possible              Need screen rotation support

I wanted to love this app because the description sounded amazing But contrary to the promises of the developer this will not replace my paper padnot even close The idea is a great one but its not quite there yet One of the biggest drawbacks that Ive encountered is that every stroke generates a separate object block for example if I make a cross there are two separate object blocks I understand the notetaking feature of this app is primary via the keyboard but this negates the ability to even make even a quick handwritten note Just writing down a telephone number generated 13 object blocks As someone reviewing an earlier version mentioned there is no way to move these blocks as a group so if you want to reduce the size of the copy or move it to somewhere else on the page its a nightmare And if I want to delete the phone number it looks like I have to do it block by block On the surface the UI looks simple but its not really intuitive and it takes too many taps to executive a simple task Also the freehand drawing tool results in chunky graphics and odd line endings especially at a large stroke widths And wheres the undo If its there I havent found it On the plus sidelove the Appleesque page turning feature and like the builtin iconsgraphics Bottom line is if this app had been free I would have deleted from my iPad As it is Ill hang in there until the next update If things improve Id gladly change my rating        Good idea not ready for prime time

My apologies to the developers the email function works fine you just have to make sure you have a mail account set up on the iPad I am changing this rating from a 3 to a 5 Everybody asks me in meetings what Im doing and I tell them I am taking notes that will get delivered to my email at work It is very good at making sure the information I take down gets put through my GTD system by going through my inbox                 Email function works

Another Update These guys keep adding features Thanks for landscape support the opacity which should be transparency setting Update the new version has a twitter button I guess i need a twitter account to use it Nice combination of text and drawing It would be better in landscape I agree with the other review So far it is stable and fun Im not sure when I will use sound effects Also the website docs show a twitter feature but it doesnt seem to be in this version It is useful that I can add just a few fonts to my list so I dont have to scroll the entire collection of similar boring versions of HelveticaArial and Courier                 Good app

You can only send the finished text to the external screen not seeing live while you are typing           Problems on external display

This a great fun little app It actually provides a lot in terms of functionality My little daughter loves it as well and i sometimes have a hard time taking the iPad back The ability to send the content via mail is especially helpful It would be great to have it sync via iTunes sync to the PcMac                 Great Stuff

I was so excited to find an app that would allow me to connect my iPad via VGA cable and allow me to drawwrite freehand The display integration is awful Only a portion of what you put onto the notepad appears in the display The formatting is such that the projected image is huge and takesup the entire displayed realestate with only a few words or characters The app is a great concept and a needed functionality but there needs to be way more work done on this app I really hope there are updates coming very soon otherwise Id like my 4 back     App is garbage

and exporting PDFs through iTunes is very useful It could be useful to save single pages to the photo album                 Finally Landscape and Portrait

This app is a basic good idea But the execution is very poor It is very difficult to use even after I read the documentation on the site The gestures as described in the site do not work as they should In the end I could not create even a simple document using this crazy interface Trying to move objects is crazy Things just move a little and then snap back I even deleted things and then they came back The text editing is bad and does not have the required features for standard meeting notes It does not have bullets or numbered lists This is basic to a meeting Ill be glad to see if this developer takes this early release and makes this product great You have potential so keep it up Id be happy to edit this review and give is five stars if you just make it work Big Plus for this app 1 Email PDF and Text This is great 2 The idea is great keep it up Ideas that would make it really rock 1 Add link to meeting notes to calendar put checkbox on meeting info to add to calendar Maybe even select a calendar meeting from the calendar to find subject datetime attendee information 2 Add photos from my own collection     Released Early and Not Ready

Best notes and quick sketching tool Ive found so far but I would need landscape to give the fifth star I have one of those cases that props it up a little in landscape for quicker and easier typing When Im in a meeting this is how Id really like to use this app Also I think this would work for another use case better with landscape I want to use it like a pad of paper to quickly sketch something for someone Im talking to Again the little case that props it up just a little in landscape mode makes for easier over the shoulder viewing Good job guys Add landscape and I can quit looking for the app to replace my pad of paper              Landscape needed

The idea is great but trying to ink or draw is VERY laggy I even tried to use a Pogo stylus but no luck The rest of the features look good and if the devs can get the drawing more responsive I will up my rating     Poor Execution

Really sorry I spent the on this one Its not very useful The value of the sprites makes no sense Nice fonts dont make up for the difficulty of using this app Two and three finger gestures very difficult to execute on ultra tiny symbols In my view this is really a graphics program with several different elements Supposedly you can use VGA connection to display the pages created Im not willing to go there until such time I could be convinced this is really a useful app Until then this one is going into the hohum pile Very disappointed and seriously considering deletion to recapture some space on the iPad     Poor investment live and learn
