I didnt have the pw issues but after adding all the rooms in my house dont make a mistake because you cant edit or delete them once theyre created I proceeded to add my couch to my living room When I then went to the inventory of my living room it showed as empty So I added my couch again Same deal I recommend looking for something different This app is clunky and doesnt work Worthless App
The features seem great but the app crashes when trying to add a new room and its buggy when trying to touch the drop downs when adding items It deletes room options I picked and them wont open the room drop down correctly for me to fix it Great in concept horrible in execution Im better off just taking a bunch of pictures and hoping I never have to use them Frustrating
I have used the PC version for several years and have loaded many items Now I cant log into the site either on my PC or iPhone app I have emailed customer support several times in the last week with no response Cant log in
I couldnt get past the first word to sign in since I dont have a Frist name Seriously typos make you look like a junk app and do I really want to trust my inventory and the work involved to an app that cant spell What else do you not care about Frist

For a free app it works well I found it was very efficient to take a picture tag an item and move to the next The app and the website seem to link perfectly although the website has a few additional fields My only gripe is that the app can be a bit slow while saving an item Having a UPCISBN scanner would be nice also Good but slow

App is easy to use and does what is expected A little slow and nothing special but good free app Easy
There are some things to like about this app but there is a huge negative that wipes out any positives the app may garner If you use the ampersand symbol on your mobile device The app does not save ANYTHING you type after the Using the program on the PC warns you that the is not acceptable However if you use your phone to enter stuff which is what the normal person will do the app lets you use the and pretends to save your data But beware all the data you painstakingly entered after you typed is lost in the abyss never to be seen again This renders he app practically worthless Anything you type after is not saved
Wont let me save an item without selecting a room or a category but the drop downs to select room and category are broken Fail Im on iPhone 4 and was trying to add an item by taking its picture with phone camera Broken
i read the bad reviews but checked out anyway after signing up on their website the app is a little rough but seemed to do what it should in the current release and there werent sync problems between the app and the website the ability to upload pictures directly from the phone is going to make it very useful seems decent
This has the right format and idea but it just doesnt function Save yourself hours of frustration and dont download Loses pictures then wipes out a complete record after youve taken all the time to enter the information Go to the computer and sign in and no pictures of the items I will use a Excel spreadsheet and simply attach pictures I dont know why the developer even took the time developing this garbage Garbage
Apparently I reviewed version 30 on July 27th Nothing has changed The online access from my iPad Air still hangs I had to enter my inventory data with my Windows7 desktop There is still no support from App Support I sent two requests back in July with no response I dont know why my insurance company recommended the app Version 31 Improvements
They seriously want me to use this app to protect for my valuables and they cant even be bothered to make decent test images in the listing A glass a water And showing a rounding bug right in the listing Geez Seriously
Seriously when the first thing you see is the misspelled word passowrd it does not inspire confidence in this app Passowrd
This software was mentioned in the business section of my local newspaper I signed up for it on my PC and loaded the app to my iPhone I love the concept and the features if only it would work consistently I have attached photos from my phone saved them and then have them disappear Also from my PC I have had the same issues when trying to attach both photos and receipts I found something on the Internet that said there were known issues with IE I switched to Firefox and had the same issues Sigh Quirky Software

The latest build does a great job for easy access and updating my inventory Latest build is grand
Repeatedly add items to inventory and they just do not show upever A real waste of time So done with this horrible app Frustrating app

As other users state this app is full of glitches It wont log you in with your online account wont transfer data between the online and app version crashes frequently and often has other issues running Dont waste your time it will just frustrate you If this worked itd be great

Stupid is as stupid does It keeps telling me the password is 6 characters with 1 digit How many times will it reject my combos before I might as well give up Its a good thing its free Program will not take my password
I like all the options to organize by room and category but it crashes sometimes when making edits or adding a room Also its really annoying when I go to edit an item and click in the Notes section to add more comments and ALL of my original comments disappear Please fix this Also can you make it so that pictures taken with the app also saves to your phones camera roll or at least have the option for it And maybe have a buttoncheckbox for whether you paid taxes on the item when you purchased it Could be great Please fix the bugs and make a few more enhancements Not bad but

I signed up and will now probably be bombarded with spam First time I try to add a room I get error I rename the room and app crashes DELETE Crashes Totally useless
Password must be seven characters with at least one number My password is over seven characters with more than one number Can not create account
First time user here I attempted to add a new room and was told to enter a name after already having done so The app then proceeded to crash without a message I then tried to add my television to the living room After filling everything out it asked me to pick a room but the list was buggy undetectable and blank Infuriating waste of time Unusable on iOS 6

I have been using this on my PC for a number of years However when I tried to implement it on my iPhone 6 plus it would not let me login with the email and password that was getting me into it on my PC I kept getting the message invalid email address Consequently it is a completely useless app if you are already using it on a desktop computer I am now able to use the app on my iPhone However the entries made on the iPhone do not synchronize with the entries that already exist on the web version of the application so the app is essentially useless to me They say it synchronizes but it does not III Inventory
This is an easy app to record your belongings Only drawback so far is that there is no way to delete items that you enter accidentally enter or dont own anymore Otherwise it is a great app Easy to use
I assumed the Insurance Information Institute would have a better quality app for logging my personal items but unfortunately it is not so The app doesnt let you add more than one picture per item or add pictures of receipts although the website does It also loses information previously entered making it very frustrating and unuser friendly especially when you have so much stuff to log Not impressed
It seems like it would be a good app but I cant get the drop down menus to work so I cant choose my room So basically it is useless since that is a mandatory field Important parts dont work well
Its amazing how much stuff one has when you start documenting everything Great lil app to help organize the home inventory process Handy and sort of fun
A great concept and nice features but so buggy as to be worthless Not even worth the 30 second download Worthless
