Over the last few days the ihealth app has been freezing upon opening It has always worked in the past and now all of a sudden it is not I dont know if this is related to an update or an iOS update but please fix this soon As of right now I cant sync my I health scale to my phone If I wanted a basic scale they didnt sync to my phone Id have bought one and probably paid a lot less for it as well     Fix the app

The support for this app which freezes every time I log in to it doesnt exist Theyve taken a week to ask us through Email what version of the iOS our phones run and havent even gotten back to us after we answered I called 5 times to be told by an automated system that the phone lines are undergoing maintenance and to Email my support requests I did thanks but I actually wanted answers and then the system tells me all available representatives are helping other customers and lets me leave a voicemail Except the voicemail box is full so I cant leave one This app is a waste of time Im returning the iHealth scale I bought and getting something that works with a support team that cares or at least exists     Waste of time

As other reviewers have stated app crashes during first BP read and then will not run again     Crashy

Ive been using this app since it came out and so far no problems It works well on all my iHealth products and makes it easier to keep track of all my vitals Im also glad they combined the O2 with this app Im hoping their going to add the Glucose monitoring to it as well Great app                 Great App

First let me just say that I am very skeptical of what other people say in their reviews So if you are like me in that mindset then this review is for you The app has some great features interconnecting several health monitoring devices into a single app support for integration into Apples health toolkit and a pleasing set of navigationgraphs to display progress and results of tests For myself I picked up the wireless blood pressure monitor and this is what got me into using this app I noticed many other reviewers stated the app crashes and doesnt integrate properly into Apples Health Toolkit I have not experienced any of these issues and am using an iPhone 5s and the latest version of the IOS at the time of this review 82 with integration to Apples Health Toolkit Overall great app great product and I will very likely go out and purchase at least one of their other products they have available Cheers                 Great app with tons of great features

Latest version has stopped showing the body analysis it just shows the weight and BMI        Body Analysis no longer displays

Ive been having trouble with the health app on iOS It was fine yesterday but Im having some trouble with it              Trouble with the health part of iOS

Its a very clunky and slow app at the best of times The minute you set it up to read any data from the Apple Health application iHealth freezes upon starting and stays hung until you kill it When writing data to Apple Health the systolicdystolic blood pressure is not written only pulse rate is written So the Apple Health integration is pretty much useless Overall this is just a poor application     Useless if you want to integrate with Health

First time that I tried to use it with my blood testing machine it crashed Now the App crashes immediately after opening     Does not work

I have just purchased iHealth wireless body analysis scale and this app and the older app never detected the device and the device itself never measured anything except the weight Im really bummed     Never works

Wow version 30 WORKS Great design function and reliability Ihealth must have hired new programmers or returned to the original group from version 1 My wife and I were very close to trashing our Ihealth scale and getting another brand because it was just too frustrating to get the thing to work correctly Version 3 has changed that We also have the Blood Pressure cuff which also works great Once again Ihealth products are classy accurate medical devices that are easy to use and reliable              New and Improved

With this new update my body analysis scale reports as a regular scale     Doesnt report accurately

I have had this product and app for awhile but put it away for a long time due to connection issues After first initial charge now I can not link to the app Says not found even tho my iphone6 and tracker are on Bluetooth No matter what I do I can not link to the app Dont waste your time or money on this product     App is trash

Since I only have an iPad and no iPhone I dont have the Apple health kit on my device I use this app to measure and upload my daily blood pressure readings to the iHealth cloud The only complaint that I have is that I wish that I could use this app for my iHealth Bluetooth glucometer as well It would seem as if that should be a part of vitals Instead I must use the iGluco app for blood glucose readings This app could still use some work for we that have no iPhones              Great for blood pressure readings on iPad

Downloaded new update on 22 Jan 2015 and app began to retrieve reading for other users and now the app is frozen on my iphone 6 Reset phone twice and reset scale also with no results Update updated to version 238 now app freezes and then crashes after a minute     Update causes app to lock up

Crashes all the time Cant read devices The earlier version worked great Why cant you Fix this     This app is junk

Throughout late December this app worked perfectly fine After a few updates I dust it off the shelf to find that it is broken Every time I open the app it displays s black screen for a small fraction of a second then closes I have a 4S and an activity watch Disappointed     Crashes

Has never worked right crashes hangs on startup and half the time it will not update Health App What a waste of money for there junk They should call the app iDead     Junk

I used the first version of this app and my cuff worked about ten times then started shutting down halfway through the BP check I was getting ready to throw it away and decided to try it one more time I downloaded this version of ihealths app and it has worked perfectly Pleasantly surprised I have to qualify this by saying that I am using a new phone iPhone 6 verses iPhone 5 so I cant be sure its the app though I suspect it is It also has a battery meter which I dont remember in the old app I would give it 5 stars but I miss the trend graph This app shows the previous readings but you have to swipe though them so its a little harder to see month by month changes Nice job              Much improved

Am I going to create an account just to use their app with my iHealth BP Dock Ill hand enter my readings into HealthKit and by a Withings BP cuff in the future     No way

You need to logout and login for each user in order to record the measuring Not practical at all        Not family friendly

I started using this app and related hardware for slightly over a week when I picked up a blood pressure monitor the HS5 scale and a sleeptracker watch I have generally been very pleased with the way the app works with the devices and displays the data The data recorded by iHealth shares with the iOS Health App just fine I find the graphs for blood pressure look better than what I see in other apps I did have an issue with my HS5 scale when I updated to this version but that may have been entirely coincidental The scale did not report low batteries but my phone wasnt seeing the scale when it was on wifi Happily a fresh set of new batteries fixed it              Wellfunctioning app works as advertised

What else can I say My NP cuff arrived today and I downloaded the app As soon as I pressed the start button on the screen the app hung up I restarted my iPhone 5 and skipped the on screen start button and tried the options button immediate death Same for the menu button What garbage Was it even tested     Just doesnt work

I love the app I find it great to do spot checks I would like to see the app also allow charting of bp heart rate and oximetry overnight It would help people with apnea to record any stressors to go with any apnea results noted to take to their doctors Also I would love to see some sort of ability to write into medical records For me specifically I would like to be able to allow the app to store the information to my myhealthevet for my care team at the va to access Otherwise amazing              I love the app

This use to be a great app now its awful After the most recent update nothing works My data from the day before gets completely wiped out after midnight I reached out to the support I was told to reboot and turn my phone off It still wont work Now my watch will not connect to the Bluetooth so I cannot sync my data I have rebooted it still wont work I did get an email this morning August 21st about an available update to the app that I would be able to use after August 14th I checked for an update seems that was a week ago nothing I am very disappointed about these issues and that they are not being resolved in a timely manner The old version of the app worked fine You synced and your information was there To bad this is no longer available Please fix these bugs     Awful app after update

App does not work I cant even return the blood pressure monitor Luckily the blood glucose meter and supplies have yet to ship from Amazon so I can cancel Very disappointed Uninstalling and reinstalling does not resolve the fact that the app does not work when it opens Cant tap anything     Really

I have noticed that this app has been modified a bit today most of the functions are improved but the app still maintains the style which makes me feel comfortable to use it It shows a clear guideline about the pairing the list page looks nice but the result page is with too much color I expect the same white n clean look I really like the my vital page which gives me a great overview All in all it is much better app now a usable app than before                 an design makes me comfortable

Using this app means consenting to share ALL your private health data FOREVER with iHealth and storing it on iHealths cloud servers forever with no means provided to delete it Theres not even an option provided to use the app with only local HealthKit data storage This is totally unacceptable for health data and Im amazed that Apple even allowed this sleazy creepy app through the App Store review process They shouldnt have Avoid using this companys products at all costs     Unacceptable privacy grab

App works with BP Cuff and Blood Oxygen However it does not work correctly with the IHealth Scale App captures weight data but doesnt keep data Hopefully this and other small issues will be fixed very soon           Could Be Much Better

better wait this one out stopped working after 82 upgrade and it wasnt exactly rock solid before then Usually seems to take forever to link to the iHealth BP5 blood pressure monitor when it was working that is     app ceased working after iOS 82

I have the iPhone 6 plus and the iHealth ActivitySleep tracker AM3 and it worked like a charm in the previous version Since the last update it crashes when I attempt to sync my device with my phone     Problems with this version

I have been waiting for my IHealth update for a week That means that I have had to carry an alternative cuff with me for a week This is awful     Update is awful

This has got to be the buggiest app ever written Your hardware is being ruined by a terrible software experience in fact its mostly useless No way could I recommend someone buy these products until this is fixed     Terrible Software

When an upgrade happens it is supposed to ADD features not REMOVE them In this instance going from version 1 to 2 the layout was improved but 1 More devices could be added or REMOVED in version 1 but in next version the devices can be only be added but not taken out 2 The more important part is that in version 1 you can switch between normal use or Guest Mode but in version 2 it is not allowed The only thing one can do is install the App on another device The iHealth support staff says use v1 till next UPGRADE is out        Good layout but
