This App can do anything you can think of and more Grades based on any system or create your own and it averages it for you Multiple seating charts with pictures different backgrounds View options schedules a calendar that also syncs with outlook easy import class lists from excel and include parent info and email etc Pictures and videos of student work in the app attached to the class                 Amazing app

It takes a while for the initial setup but one you get past that it works wonderfully for keeping track of grades behavior and other things And I can easily take it all home if I need to                 Great

This is my third year using idoceo I am also a music teacher with 450 students This app is such a great tool The childs photo with their name helped me learn everyones name quickly Assessment is a breeze I often do quick daily assessments in their seating arrangement No need to go back and enter these alphabetically in a grade book paper or digital Random student selection timer multiple tabs for slo behavior attendanceeverything I need in one place It takes a little time to set up at the beginning of the year and of course I spent time over the summer playing and figuring out all it can do but in the end a true time saver Another huge plus for me is being able to configure the seating chart however I want I have been teaching in a u shape for years and that is rarely offered in other templates At staff meetings when discussing a student I quickly pull up hisher photo so everyone knows whom we are speaking about All the other teachers ooh and aaah and want to know more                 Amazing

Never written a review before but after using this app for 2 weeks l just had to write something Ive thrown away every piece of paper that I used to use to keep track of everything in my classroom Clipboards folders papers GONE now they are all in one place iDOCEO and SO MUCH MORE ORGANIZED Couldnt live without it now Buy this app and enjoy You wont regret it Cant wait for 30 Been using this app for over a year now and all I can say is simply the best If you are a teacher get this app now                 Awesome

1 Change the wooden theme of the entry or add the option of changing it just like inside the app 2 The tasks banner is located at the bottom of the screen not at the top This is whats common and all apps tend of doing The aesthetic side is also important along with the function I hope you work on that and add options of the tasks design        Couple of notes

Ive been using Idoceo for around 2 years Its everything I need in one place Beautifully designed and so slick to use I recommend it to all my colleagues and trainees I meet I very rarely feel compelled to ratereview an app but this one made me want to shout about how good it was The new update is outstanding                 Awesome update

All but 1 PE teacher in our district have started using this App It is a great tool for organizing student data large number of sections 24 for me and students pics with names using face detection and so much more I have gone through our state standards for PE and Health and came up with all the outcomes for K5 PE I then in putted these into iDoceo We have templates with grading scales that calculate final grades for each student and average assessments score for a class for each grade level and each stand that a new PE teacher to the district can import into their App Then all they must do is import their class rosters and take pictures and then it is ready to go No need to recreate the wheel Thank You iDoceo                 Amazing Tool for PE Teachers

Last year I bought iDoceo 35 and was blown away by its power and flexibility Head and shoulders above ALL the other gradebook apps Ive ever used and Ive used them all in my 25 years of teaching Version 40 leaves 35 in the dust So many refinements and added tools make using iDoceo a pleasure to use In addition to all the great offerings like the super abundance and incredible flexibility of grading options in the previous version I like being able to customize the look of the interface but love the added ability to freeze columns next to the student name Also I was using a clipboard app on my iPad so I could copy and paste frequently used text to iDoceo No longer needed with the addition of textDrop Just organize your text snippets into categories and drop them wherever you want them IconDrop is just as awesome In addition importing and exporting files is simple easy and just plain works As a music teacher with 300 students keeping track of all the data and entering grades has never been fun or easy Now it is Even if you dont teach get this app to see what a well designed app should be                 Amazing grade book app

I have been using idocio for two years now and I am still totally impressed I have now saved almost all my unit plans in the planner mode and have saved all the units in the grade book mode So now when I have started a new project this year I can just copy and paste It has made buying an iPad worth it If for no other reason I use this app all day long I would highly recommend it to all teachers I have been piloting idocio and it is amazing I have 23 different classes with over 575 students on a four day rotating schedule So far idocio has met all my needs and more I have my schedule color coded and sinked to a rotating calendar photos for every student seating charts for every class and a planner Did I mention you could color code things This app is truly amazing Plus I feel I have only scratched the surface                 So Happy

This is an amazing app I use it for all of my PE classes 16 Attendance fitness testing rubrics behavior assignments parent communication progress notes assessments grading tracking schedule planner notes the list goes on It has made organizing a breeze I only carry my iPad to classes now You wont regret it The support for this app is top notch fast and personal I never feel foolish even with the simplest of questions the are great                 Cant express enough about how amazing this is

Being a middle school teacher who teaches 12 different classes iDoceo has been a life saver The schedules are totally customizable and all your info can be backed right up to the cloud My only suggestion would be to allow people to export their grade books to programs like Power school MMS                 One of the best teaching apps out there

I teach first grade gifted and I used to use a laptop loaded with Excel to track students This is infinitely better At first I couldnt figure out how to do things but as soon as I went to the web site a whole world of possibilities opened up I feel so much more in control of monitoring student progress Worth every nickel                 Incredibly powerful and fun to use

This is a good grade book that could be great This app is a bit convoluted Yes it has many great features but it tries to have so much that it looses the user Attendance is not clean The user should not have to create a column every day to take attendance Other apps employ a much more compact and clean interface where the teacher can see total attendance in one column Give me that feature please ex Gradebook Pro does this very well Reports also need to be more intuitive and clear to produce Let me pick exactly what I want included in a report If the app does have this feature it is not clear to the user           Good Gradebook

This app is absolutely fantastic I am an ESL teacher and service the entire school all K5 with a total of 78 students I can manage all my scholars record parent communication assignment and test scores individual confering notes have multiple schedules track equipment and always have an accurate discussion with classroom teachers during their planning about any scholars I can backup all info in my google drive and customize each class with appropriate assignments and email student report to admin and classroom teachers I really cant say enough Best app for teachers EVER Thank you                 My best friend

Hello Bert Thank you for giving educators the best program Ive used in over 30 years teaching experience As a music teacher with 12 groups and over 500 students it works awesome Ive been using iDoceo these past three years It is THE ONLY program or app I use for my classes and organization Its especially nice when the schools server is down You dont have to be online to use it While other teachers are panicking about attendance when the server is down its business as usual for me I dont miss a beat Its super easy to set up at the beginning of the school year I love the ability to import student info and photos In addition Im able to take photos record the kids playing and the cool thing is I can send these items immediately to my parents Talk about teacherparent communication Parents love the fact that they can see what their kids are doing in class that same day You can also send student reports to any or all students with the push of the button Its all so easy and quick youll wonder how you got all you work done before this I personally send student progress reports home weekly for all my students They all get sent in less than 5 minutes FAST I get so many complements at conferences for my communication to them by using this app If I need to record bad behavior I can type it up send an instant email to the parents I dont have to worry about taking care of the parent emails later Saves me an outstanding amount of time then cc or bcc the behavior to the deans so they have instant records The ability to color code students on their seating charts works well with instrumentation When I need to reseat students its really easy with the color codes I love the quick ability to add attendance and whatever icon I want to help keep track of students behavior attendance instrument and music responsibilities etc The new ability of making the photos round is awesome Especially when I combine bands with well over 100 students I can organize in a concert setting and all the kids fit in the screen The lesson plan section works awesome Not only does it work with your iCal in your iPad but it has the ability to work independently if need be Great options My principal loves the fact that I can send my lesson plans right to him I love it that I can send them right to him Im making them anyway when theyre written I just send Boom Sent and done So easy and I can get back to teaching If you are any type of teacher who likes and needs to track anything from attendance IEPs behaviors levels gained progress required paperwork handed in from students fees paid etc this is the app for you Thanks again Brian ps You can also keep your grades on this app Figures averages points weighted scores etc Too cool for words to express                 Best program Ive seen in 30 years

I love this app because it is so easy to use Most things are intuitive or very easy to find I am a music specialist and so I see 30 different classes each week This app helps me keep track of tons of needed information on each student My only wish is to be able to copy a student AND their data to another class Our school seems to move students around a lot between teachers so this would be a nice added feature Well worth the price                 Great App

This grade book program is extremely comprehensive and well thought out It has a huge users manual although I think if you could put it all in a PDFs file for downloading that would be great The customer support is amazing I have sent a couple of query emails and I hear back within hours really wonderful It is the only app I have ever actually purchased preferring free programs since teachers spend a lot on their classrooms However I am so glad I did it is worth the money                 Great program and great customer support
