Really handy cool app with lots of great ideas for features but man is this app SLOW I really hope they get its polished up cause it has tons of potential           Good idea needs work

Its freezes all the time is super slow I would love this app if it worked not worth 299 it wouldnt even be worth it of it was free     Slow

Not bad but the barcode dosent pick on graphic novels even though program will list graphic novels Needs improvement           Eh

I was looking for an app that I could quickly and affordably keep track of my collection so that I wouldnt have to ask myself Do I already have this issue in the series At first things were going well Until I got to the barcode scan Every time I would try to scan in my Ghost comics it would tell me Oops Youre scanning a book and should go purchase our iCollect Books app No Im not going to buy a second app to do what this app is supposed to do This was a waste of my time and money     Money Back Please

I was hesitant because of some of the bad reviews but for 299 I figured it was worth a chance since I wanted something to catalog my comic books Not sure what all the fuss is about because this app works great for me The bar code scan works and has saved me a lot of time Its not super fancy with tons of extra stuff but as an app for cataloging my comic books its great I do wish there were a little more features around the Wish List which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5              Works for me

This is an awful app It crashes constantly Considers barcodes for graphic novels a book and wont scan them then asks you to buy one of their apps for books Crashes whenever you try to put in comic book pricing Its was a total waste of my money     Dont waste your money

Dont buy     Doesnt even work

The app crashed after entering only my 4th comic book But it didnt end there An email form preaddressed to their support team popped up at the same time as the Loading Comics miniscreen and it froze therethe app wouldnt respond to the touch screen So I closed the app and reopened it and it was still stuck on the Email form Loading Comics screens with no response to the touch screen Wow Yay I just paid 299 for a crappy app that doesnt work and so I could spend 20 minutes typing an email to them and this review I could have done all that for free Hooked In Motion is the company and they have other apps in the app store Watch out     A joke

I gave this app the benefit of the doubt since I own the movie one and love it However the comic one crashed after I added only one comic and now it wont let me add any more Pay attention to the reviews This app needs major work     Beware

Ive emailed them and even gave helpful advice on what is wrong with just not this app but the My Books app as well You can see in the picturesit SAYS graphic novels but doesnt take them wants you to buy the My Book app So you buy the My Book app and it takes graphic novels but there is no categorythe Graphic Novel or even Trade Paperback category is in My Comics app Same thing for Mangas There is a category in THIS app but it wants you to buy the My Books app which againdoesnt have the categories The Video Game and Movies one are honestly the best your going to get Its so crowded with useless information and input that it takes forever to navigate and input those obscure games movies comics or even books THE WAY TO FIX THIS APP Let us scan Mangas Trade Paperbacks and Graphic Novels That is all i want I find it frustrating that i have to use the My Books app which you cannot even sort This is a problem because i have a TON of books too I am severely dissapointed that no matter how many times i contact them they ignore the problems Ive had this thing over a YEAR now hoping they would fix itbut nothing NOTHINGas far as i know this app as well as the others have been abandonedlook elsewhere     Does Not Do What It Says

I am new to conic books and comic book collecting and with so many seriesvariants out there this app is the best I have received so many compliments from people looking at this app I have watched many people purchase it right in front of me It does take a bit of learning and I often have to edit some of the content but all in all a 5 star app Thank you so much                 Great App

This is a cool concept for an app and it worked ok for the first day I had it but after the first day the app wont pull up I get the Hooked in Motion screen and then it closes down Now I just feel ripped off     Terrible

Between constant error messages and a blank help screen I have come to the conclusion that this app was a complete waste of my time and money Dont even bother     Dont even bother

At first I could enter 1 comic before the app would crash Then I would have to delete it and reinstall it to even get it open again The scan feature is extremely slow and never found any book I scanned ie SpiderMan or Batman At this point even after a reinstall the app will not even open Contacted customer support numerous times and have not ever received a response back This company is seriously dirty dont be as dumb as I was read the other comments and DONT BUY this app WARNING     Can you say CRASH

The scanning part and the data base needs work I dont want to scan a comic and pick from 15 different covers Some of the comics has 14 different covers for one issuethis app is a good idea for the comic collector but it has its flaws which ive already stated        Still needs work

Love the app a lot great to keep your comics sorted and to see what you have The only bad part about it is when your scrolling through comics it take forever But overall great app                 Great app get it

Ive tried a dozen different app that say they cater to comic collectors but this one is the only one I have found that actually work Its great The bar scanner is such a time saver Had my my whole collection added in no time Love it                 Best app for comic collectors

It works its not freezing like people say it just takes it a lil bit o time to load up after scanning barcode I do wish it was faster thats why its not gettin 5 stars also if creators see this I say as advice get it to scan whole barcode so it can pick out individual issues              It works ok

I got this for my iPad thinking that it would help me finally organize and keep track of my comics It worked he first time but after closing it wont open anymore Dont waste your money     Doesnt work

I think this app would be much better if it gave you how much the comic is worth but it is a good app to have your collection in your phone and on your computer there are a few little bugs like for some reason I cant scan any spiderman comics              Good app but

I am running it on my 3GSIOS5 and couldnt even get one cover entered without the program freezing twice It never did recover from trying to take a picture of another cover Sorry Hooked in Motion but this one misses the mark by a long way     OUCH DONT buy this version

Freezes after two or three scans Freezes on start up Freezes if you look at it wrong And the guys making the app are unresponsive to any feedback I emailed them about 30 minutes after downloading to request a refund and was never responded to All in all terrible product terrible customer service Avoid at all costs even if it ever does drop in price or go free Its not even worth the space on your phone     Awful Just awful

Right off the bat this app needs some sort of folders I dont want to scroll down my 600 comic book collection to find a superman It would be nice to scroll a little for the folder and then open one more folder action comics man of steel superman adventures etc and then find the right issue Not a huge deal but it would certainly be better for me This is the best catalog app for comic books I have found I dont and havnt had any problems really Thank you for a great app                 Awesome But needs folders

Months ago I was getting great customer service Now I get an email that says they dont respond to emails They were fixing Graphic Novel issues but now they dont It is sad that there appear to be only 2 iOS apps for collecting comics and they both have bad reviews I am not paying 5 to test a poorly rated app that may fix the graphic novel issue I have had this app too long to request a refund I guess I will limp along with this app until hooked in motion gets their act together Note to HIM get customer service back up and I will give a glowing review I cannot at this point        TP issue and noservice

Do not buy this company no longer supports this app the new company will want you to buy their version which also costs more money buy clz comics save the waist of time and money     Completely trash

I wish I could give this app zero stars It fails across the board It cant even number correctly Backup doesnt work at all Their website is a joke dont go looking for help there It could be useful if ANYTHING worked the way it was advertised If you buy this you will regret it     3 Down the Drain

Overall a decent idea but with 573 comics in the database it crashes with each add Takes me 3 to 4 tries to add any comic Also data backup and restore between my iPad and iPhone always loose about 10 of the titles           Does what I need until it crashes

This app crashes like no other Adding a comic to the collection is a task not worth doing I added 2 comics and called it quits The app is slow to the point where it is almost nonfunctional Spend the extra few dollars for a real catalog app Also apparently they arent working on this app anymore and show no signs of working on it again so this app is hopeless     Yikes shouldve trusted the reviews

It works pretty well I love the icollect book pro app and highly recommend it I have a collection of over 3000 books so its super useful The main problem is it wont let you scan in graphic novels Thats a huge problem Bulk scanning would also help a lot Please work on the graphic novel thing           Pretty good

I could maneuver through some of the other frustrating design choices but the handling of graphic novels and collections is purposefully broken When I tried scanning some it recognized it told me that I had mistakenly scanned a book and directed me towards their app specifically for books That app is not designed for comic books lacking a way to differentiate between them and a normal prose fiction novel as well as options for series Perhaps I was mistaken by this apps options for graphic novels trade paperbacks and hardcovers     Frustrating for collectors of graphic novels
