Few issues I face with this app When I try to have a chat it consistently shows no chat agent available I opted for self inspection of the vehicle I uploaded the video of the car from the app and it s been 3 days but the icici guys say they haven t received my video even though the app showed me the message that my video was successfully uploaded     Useless App ashly jn

It does not pick up existing policies even though same log in works The tab in existing policies does not work Hence only a sales tool and not a policy help tool for existing users The web portal is so much more effective but when it comes to app they are not effective at all     Pathetic app where most functionalities do not work ajay0310
