This is laid out nicely but needs sufficient content to carry on a simple conversation           Great app

I have been to Myanmar several times and have been learning the language each time The pronunciations of most of the phrases on this app seem to be pretty spot on to what I have learned Although some of the spelling is quite different than what I have written as the app says due to the variations in the Burmese alphabet compared to the English alphabet and the different phonetic sounds and such that are part of the Burmese speech it is near impossible to get any one perfect spelling using the English alphabet I think this app has a lot of useful phrases for a first or even second or third visit to the wonderful country of Myanmar and would definitely already have recommend this to friends              This is a good starter app

Excellent app Its way better than carrying a book on Burmese language while on travel I like the authentic audio of phrases                 Very nice app

Used this app in country in May 2010 Great help in all personal interactions Voices are clear and written portions are well done It was a good conversation starter people were intrigued and I was educated by this app                 Very useful Highly recommended

Its great for beginers but for people that are more advanced in burmese needs more words                 Needs more words

I have many other language apps and Im very dissapointed how small the library of phrases is for this Burmese translator Especially considering this is a paid app it should be quite a bit more subastancial considering also that its alsmot 5 megabytes This should be 99 cents to free Hoping for more content soon as I have many Burmese speaking coworkers and this just isnt useful enough Even another 50 phrases will do     Oh poop

The two Kachin ladies that I work with agree that this is most helpful for someone to begin learning Burmese I would greatly appreciate an extended vocabulary or a link to an external web page There are few resources for a more extended understanding              A great beginners application

Really great concept and setup but I purchased this App to better help me communicate while traveling through Burma and it is missing essential phrases like i dont eat meat etc And has some completely irrelevant phrases unrelated to travel More content would be much better for the price           Great setup but missing key useful phrases

I took an earlier version in country It proved to be a useful amusement and helpful in learning the available phrases The words oxcart traffic jam should be added              A useful travel app keep adding content

This not a dictionary It is just a very very small list of selected Burmese phrases I would not purchase again no depth     Too expensive for what u get

It is useful for many places and but the food menu is extremely limited I wish they had vegetarian or vegetables there           Food menu is lacking

I find it difficult to believe that the Burmese have no words for Im sorry After checking for other words and phrases without success I regret purchasing this app     Consumer

My girlfriends family is from Burma and I always impress them with what I learn from this app I dont expect to ever be fluent I just want to learn the common phrases out of respect plus its fun to surprise them I just hope they keep updating phrases I need more Update please              Really great for basics
