this is perfect took me a bit to set it up but once it is set up it is super fast just need to access files from my office computer when Im home but didnt want to spend too much money on apps that do much more does exactly as it says cant believe this was only 1

Well done Im a total techtard and had some trouble figuring out the port forwarding but theyre support group answered me really fast like 20 times on a Sunday and finally got it to work after about 20 minutes Really cant wait for streaming to be built in but its still great to be able to access all my movies even if it takes a whole for them to load up Love the original icon display graphics Amazingggg

Ive been looking for something like this for a while and finally found it I dont want to ruin it for future customers but honestly I wouldve paid 10 for this Was easy and straight forward to set up and it retrieves files so quickly you feel like youre at your PC Great job and keep the features coming Thrilled to have found this

I got this app to work but it has several problems 1 Getting instructions to download the companion program and the instructions themselves are confusing although they work if you follow them exactly 2 From what I can tell if you have a home network you can only download files while you are connected the network I tried to get support to check on that and got no response 3 The companion program is very clumsy It is a cross between a client program and a service and does not work too well as either 4 The file interface is not very sophisticated so for example when downloading pictures you cannot see thumbnails Wait for an update Not Ready for Prime Time

Great app especially for the price But would be great if you could send the file you downloaded via email directly from the app Also progress bar is definitely needed Worth every penny

This interesting app doesnt seem to work just now It wont connect the iPad to my laptop May the future hold a greater promise Be patient

app works great and to the reviewer below you dont need to reinstall app just quit out of the background task reload of app flushes the cache also if ur routers ip address is working make sure that you properly configured port forwarding i had the same issue until i realized since they dont have a bar showing how much of the file had loaded larger files may seem like they crash but if you just wait itll load i loaded a 223MB episode of south park opened just took a while since i was on 3G what Id like to see is a menu bar showing how much of the file has loaded all in all great app for one dollar Awesome

The interface is very old Ad for its functionality it is far not the best Bad design

MEDIA STREAMING FROM MY COMPUTER took about 10 minutes to set up on my computer and I had to email their tech support group to walk me through it but once its done it works great freeing up over 20GB of space on my iPhone since I can stream everything this is PERFECT

cheap simple quick well done setup takes a couple of minutes but then I was streaming media directly to my iPhone nice

Definitely helps having this Solid App

Wasnt sure what to expect since there are other apps that enable remote file access and they cost a lot more than 1 Having said that most of those other apps do much more than I need not to mention I have to store my stuff on a cloud which my company frowns upon For 1 this app does exactly what I need I can access my files remotely when I need them by directly communicating to my work computer Thanks Cant wait for the future updates Perfect for a buck

Most reviewers have given this 1 star because they cannot get it to work I had difficulty as well but finally got it after searching the internet for more information You have to go to the iBox website and download the desktop version onto the desktop or laptop that you want to connect to first When you download it there are instructions for setting it up on the desktop and on the iOS device Once I got all the settings correct it connected and worked as it should I only gave 3 starts because of the difficulty to setup Difficult to setup but works

Doesnt stream No tech support No tech support

Using version 21 with an iPhone 5 and the control panel on the desktop says its version 10 even though when I downloaded it the file name was 21 As most people have said it took some time to set up and support is poor at best but I got it figured out and now I can get picturesmusic and office files from my desktop and from my laptop but still cannot stream or download video Not a major problem since it is mainly used to get music off of my desktop while at band practice but it would be nice to be able to show potential venues some videos of the band without having to use YouTube all the time Streaming

how theyre doing this for a buck is beyond me but thanks guys only thing that would REALLY be helpful is a progress bar cant wait wowza
