I tried it faithfully and it didnt work The tracks last about 20 mins but only the last 5 are devoted to health statements The narrator wasnt convincing an usually he draws out his words so much you sleep before the healthy speech Ineffective

Even though the voice seems a little weird at first I immediately got the desired effects after waking up Actually Works Very Well

I love hypnosis apps But this one is not my fav The background sounds are really good and as you start to relax a very annoying voice make you wish it never started I deleted it right away Not worth the money I spent
