Huntington Mobile for iPad

This app will not connect andor run slow when it does I contacted Huntingtons mobile app support and they said they have not had issues If you read some of these reviewsyou will disagree I tried reloading the app to no availI am running an IPad Air with no problems on all other appsHe suggested that I load the mobile version for IPhone That works great but who wants to turn their Ipad sideways all of the time also why cant I deposit a check with this app and the IPhone app lets you do this I am upset at this type of support Should I change banks or will you fix the issues     Cannot connect

Please update this iPad app so that we can utilize mobile checking deposit Did you forget about us        Need update for mobile deposit

This app still needs LOTS of work There is no running balance line which is pertinent for people that tend to keep a low balance There also is no way to deposit checks via the app Chase did that years ago and other banks have caught on but once again Huntington trails behind Overall the only thing I ever use this for is transferring funds from one account to the other The current balance is misleading since there is no running tally of balance and I cant tell you how many times I have overdrafted due to that Fix these issues and Ill be happy Particularly the running balance issue That is a must have for accurate banking        Partially useful

The app is fine for basic account access but Im incredibly disappointed that it doesnt have mobile deposit Im not sure why huntington didnt include it in the iPad app when its on the iPhone app I do t have a smart phone and being able to use the tablet app to deposit was something I got the app for           Ok for basic access needs mobile deposit

Tried to use the bill pay and it still did not work From now on every time I try to use the bill pay and it doesnt work Im going to give this app a 1 star review FIX THIS     Bill Pay Does Not Work

This app is okay to check balances but Id really like more info to check transactions I really do not like that all checks cleared are listed as substitute checks with no check number of payee info           Would like more info

not even the worst banking app ive ever used the worst app period constantly locking me out of my a count saying my password is incorrect when it is not no mobile deposits interface is awful and many features left out     the worst app

Pros great for quick access to account easier bill pay than website less clicks all on one screen With the extra screen size the 10 key is better than the iPhone app Cons in bill pay no way to set categories in bill pay no way to enter memos no alerts push or setting up email notifications In account view no way to search for anything payee amount date filter while in account view half the screen is taken up with the list of accounts which means the details are condensed           Functional but needs improvement

It would be a terrific app if the iPad user could deposit checks like the iPhone user can In this day and age you would expect this from a Customer focused company like Huntington Have pity on us seniors in the Northeast Ohio snow belt its tough to get out in winter              IPad App need to be updated

Its a nice app but would be better if it had were you can deposit on the iPad app like you can the mobile app              Its okay

The app no longer works on my iPad keeps saying it cant connect to the server everything else on my iPad works I have deleted the app and downloaded another and it still says it cant connect what is going on here it always worked fine before its been several weeks since I have been able to do anything with it Can we get this issue fixed     Mad and frustrated

Im not sure why the other reviews are so harsh This app is very easy to use its simple intuitive Yes the accounts you plan to pay need to be set up on your computer but thats easier anyway Its a great why to take of basic banking transactions while mobile              Good App

After remodeling my local Huntington Branch they decided to close it I did not have a problem with using the ATM for my transactions UNTIL today Much to my dismay they REMOVED the ATM I have been a loyal customer for 24 years I will NOT travel 25 miles or more to do my banking Since Huntington wants to remove the ATM without notice to its customers and not install one in the many local business like the rest of the banks in this county I will make the trip out of town to withdraw my money and close my accounts Another Bank is going to be quite happy to have my business this APP does nothing for me now     Would Prefer No Stars

Missing many important features such as deposit checks picture pay for bills etc        Very basic app

Works decently doesnt add any unique features or functionality like other banking apps have such as taking a photo to deposit a check This app is nothing more than a stretched out version of the iPhone app so I dont know why this isnt a universal app It would be easier to update one app and you also get the benefit of automatic downloads on your other iOS devices I also dinged it a star because their online banking is often down for maintenance Worse the app doesnt tell you this it just gives you a usernamepassword is incorrect error when in fact is a backend issue On top of this if you try to log in too many times it will lock you out as a security precaution as it should when in fact the usernamepassword has been right all along their servers are just down for maintenance which happens far too often The error message should reflect the actual error not a completely unrelated one           Should be a universal app

When this app works it is awesome Nine times out of ten when I try to log in the bank is having technical difficulties The message says to try again in a few minutes but it doesnt work for long periods of time Very frustrating        Always technical difficulties

I love this app I recently set up a marriage account at Huntington with my fiancé and havent had any problems I gave 4 stars because of the simplicity of the app I would give 5 if they added the option for Direct Deposit like Chase and 53rd I would be on the app way more with my paychecks and saves me a trip to the bank which takes forever              Direct Deposit

Bank cut back its hours because of Mobile Deposit Capability so they told me Yet IPad App does NOT have Mobile Deposit Capability I dont see the point of the app when I can access the website for everything BUT Mobile deposit and the app doesnt have Mobile Deposit Huntington NEEDS to fulfill its promise and provide the app before cutting bank office hours        Bank hours shorter but no mobile deposit on IPAD

Huntington sent out emails about the deposit feature but it is not on the downloaded product     No deposit icon

Great appl when it works But anymore it crashes and I can barely ever login The splash screen comes on but rarely moves to the login screen This is getting annoying Fix it before I switch banks        Good when it works

While the iPhone app has made some vast improvements over the past year mobile deposit ability to view check and deposit slip images this app has never been updated Its made by the same developer and yet they have failed to do much with it It is usable but it would be nice if the two apps would go hand in hand at some point        I think Huntington forgot about this app

I recently became a Huntington bank customer after being with Bank of America for over 6 years My choices in changing to BofA were about accessibility and convenience However I recently moved and there are no branches here So my choice for Huntington was seeing there are many locations and ATM choices This app however is not very user friendly They need to take some lessons from BofA This iPad app is only viewable in landscape which i find annoying The app only shows very limited transactions which does not give a full picture of the account and the balance or pending transactions particularly any creditsdeposits pending I find this frustrating particularly when with BofA I could do virtually everything I could on the website This makes me must want to log onto the web browser and use that instead of this app I might delete it to free up the space if it doesnt become more user friendly And check deposit via the app would be greatly appreciated        Disappointed
