What kind of administrative garbage is this My chosen password for my website login has uppercase letters so why am I forced to choose a different password because some idiot thinks a password should not include uppercase letters I havent even accessed any of the app or its features to comment on them because of this bullsh Password must not contain uppercase letters
Doesnt retain any information so backing up a screen wipes out everything Will not display local counties so could not progress past page 2 Total waste of time use the paper apps Not so good

this app has endless issues no option for SOA have to have paper ones two different login screens cant selection options that are required never works when the client is here the signature section is messed up ive deleted and reinstalled this app numerous times and it seems to only get worse do not waste your time with this app worst app ever

Come on Youre a fortune 100 company Its one piece of hardware with one operating system This should be the IT departments dream come true You cant honestly expect agents not to upgrade the operating system And a year into this were still having problems with not all plans showingDBSNPs for example Still having problems with the zipcodecounty database Dont you use the same data thats used in the PC version This is virtually unusable and you wonder why agents still use paper apps Doesnt work with IOS8

The app shuts down each time I have tried to synchronize or fill out an application Its frustrating for me and the client Not working
This app works perfectly unless the client has an effective date or a birthdate in December It will not let the user enter any December dates December dates dont work
Cannot get the county to work I type in the zip code and it does not bring up any counties Very frustrating not working
I love this app For those that cant get it to work you have to get authorization from Humana then you will be able to use it I hardly ever do paper applications any longer The only issue I have with it now is that since I did the recent iOS update it will toggle the months when Im trying to enter a clients dob Otherwise love it Wish all the insurance companies had apps Great app
