Now that Apple has finally offered voicemail to text I don t have to pay for this anymore The problems come if you try to change settings and customer service exists only via email and even then it s like pulling teeth For 60 year we should have better access All of the numbers for deactivation weren t working I received the dreaded The feature code you ve entered is not valid so I was unable to receive calls I had to call sprint in order to have it disabled This wasn t good since the iPhone 7 has just been released and wait time was crazy If this voicemail service is going to take my money give me functioning numbers and an emergency contact number should be provided for paying customers I would definitely not recommend this service when the numbers they provide don t work and you re stuck waiting for an email I went online and there s general info but it does not address the bad contact numbers That s absolutely ridiculous     Unable to receive calls Flyby777

This app is alright Not the worst but certainly not the best It serves it s purpose But it costs a lot to get speech to text voicemails and you have to pay to block callers Personally YouMail is a lot better Much more customization and more helpful If YouMail didn t exist then I d probably use this             It s okay but there are better apps out there Vlawson18

If you receive a lot of calls it basically becomes a duplicate of your missed call list that you have to manually cleanup Every person that calls and gets your voice mail shows as a voice mail even if they don t leave a message         Needs some cleanup Jerry_O
