Monthly charge Do not get I also bought this and used it for 3 months for free past return policy and now they want a monthly fee I will return the device and sue walmart for false advertising a product that was claimed as free     Monthly charge

The app is horrible It used to work just okay before the upgrade Now its just horrible I dont get movement notifications and I cannot see recorded videos I am thinking about canceling service     Hubble App

My Motorola camera app did work well but with the last few updates of the Hubble app my camera goes off line every other day peeps loudly until its unplugged from the wall and has to be reset Very frustrating The Motorola camera is a nice camera but this app it really makes me dislike my devise Please fix this issue        Hubble app
This app used to work wonderfully Now it allows me to log in but it always says the camera is offline The monitor that came with the camera is working fine so I know the problem is not with the device but with the app Please fix this problem I want my monitor back        Disappointed with update

I would give this zero stars if it were an option We were very excited to purchase this monitor unfortunately after several 5 so far failed attempts to connect the system to wifi I find zero reason to be excited for this any longer It is a nice monitor but not worth the money if the MAIN SELLING FEATURE doesnt work Hopefully the app and system will be updated in the next week or so and I wont be forced to return it UPDATE STILL DOES NOTHING     Unfortunate still doesnt work

Got this product because we liked the features a dedicated monitor as well as the ability to connect to our iPhones and view via Wifi while Im away on business We charged the product and setup as directed The dedicated monitor worked well the picture was clear and the commands sent to the camera functioned normally Night vision was also clear in total darkness I could read text on a box 5 feet away 510 feet items were distinctly visible Over 10 feet in darkness items became grainy Range was good with about 150 with the antenna down and about 200 with the antenna extended Worked with ease anywhere within my home and at my neighbors There was about a 115second delay between camera monitor but that seems acceptable As many other complaints the volume was extremely low I set my iPhone 5 away from the camera playing music at max volume and i could barely hear the music over the dedicated monitor An adult yelling loudly would only register 2 lights on the monitor Where my biggest complaint lies is with the Wifi which would not connect at all After trying several different devices iPhone 456iPad connections couldnt be made either wifi or Bluetooth Until these conflicts are resolved I will be returning this unit and going with another company other than Motorola     Good theory but nothing but a paperweight
Loved the app when I first got it but now its getting really frustrating After taking forever deleting each sound and movement notification next time I go back into the app it all magically reappears Really wish it still had the delete all tab and it actually stayed deleted        Trying to love this app
The last updates are very poor to the point that I may stop using if not improved hard to open and no video without paying for it     Poor update
I would stay far away from this product The camera is alright and has decent quality but the app is horrible I bought it to use as a security camera and it just crashed I returned it after having it for 2 days At first it worked decently then I upgraded the firm ware and it never worked again I could not even login I would always get a 503 error If I did get to login it I would be on for about 1 min before it crashed again Also in order to get motion censored video recording you have to purchase it which is a problem in itself They also offered a 2 week free trial which never worked I dont think it even existed I also read the privacy terms and they can access your personal information and data they can access your camera and saved videos on the cloud as well without any consent I dont see how watching my live stream or accessing my videos would benefit them Basically its a bad investment and not reliable maybe one day if they fix all their bugs and glitches and errors the product will be worth buying but for now stay far far away     Stay far away from this product

This thing is disconnected more than its connected Peace of mind Nope We bought this to monitor a child at night with special needs and it never fails when we need it its conveniently disconnected from the wifi and then has connection errors wont login We have great wifi speedconnection on every other device in our home The camera itself also goes offline all the time and continuously beeps in the childs room until you walk in the room and wake the child up to manually shut it off and turn it back on Waste of money     Never works
Just purchased MBP853 and tried numerous times to connect it to this app Every time the camera just says sorry set up failed Either fix the app or I will be returning this camera and going with a different brand     Doesnt work
When the app is online and working its awesome However twice in the past week the service has been unavailable When I asked the company about it I was told the service was having issues and that it should be back up soon It did work well again for a few days but now this morning its not working again Its extremely frustrating When it works its awesome and notifies me of movement and sound when the app is closed which is great Unfortunately it does not always work Please fix the app Hubble        Consistently does not work
I tried several times to connect my phone to the camera and it just tells me it failed every time Frustrating     Connection to camera
It doesnt record movies of activities anymore unreliable it detects the tiny blow of the fan and doesnt record my husband feeding and changing my child Sends notifications when there is no one home or in twiddle of the night when everyone asleep background monitoring works only occasionally     New update makes it worse than ever
I purchased the 854CONNECT Digital video baby monitor because of the WiFi Internet viewing Unfortunately my experience was like many of the other Hubble app usersThe camera would not connect to my highspeed WiFi I even called Motorola techsupport basically worthless as all they did was walk me through trying again and unplugging my modem Their only solution was to return and try another unit Frustrating especially for a 300 monitor     A disappointing nonstarter

Since this new update we cannot even log into the baby monitor thereby making it completely useless Before this update we would have to pair the baby monitor every 23 days as the camera would unexpectedly go offline The camera would not tell us it was offline meaning we were not monitoring the baby with it at all for an unknown time period We will be returning this and getting a baby monitor that actually works     Doesnt even work half the time and now not at all
So disappointed I was logged out in the middle of the night and now it gives me a 503 error code when trying to log in I will be buying a sound monitor to replace this one now     Mrs
I totally regret buying the Motorola baby monitor due to this software I bought it because I need to watch my baby when I am not at home Well At least twice a day I get the error 503 that does not allow me to log in or just the image gets frozen I checked my wireless connection and it is perfect and fast enough So long story short I cant see the baby Regretfully I wasted 250 buying this monitor because of the poor performance of the hobble I hope they fix it but in the mean time I will have to go an buy another option Maybe a Nest Cam or so     Poor Performance
503 error on login constantly Thanks for doing this in the middle of the night so it broke the functionality of the product Seriously this is not worth 300 dollars This happens constantly without any warning Now they are asking for you to pay for a feature that is advertised as free on the hardware A little email about server maintenance would be nice You know just like most production applications I would truly recommend something else now     Server errors constantly
I have emailed Hubble support more times than I can count I have asked for help I have been patient I wanted to save a few dollars over the top name bad idea you get what you pay for I bought two cameras and signed up for the service For a while it worked flawlessly I was quite pleased Then it started malfunctioning Please note I am a techie so it is not user error First it recorded everything and after I would delete past recordings they would reappear back in the app the next day This went on and on and on Then I could no longer delete all and I had to delete each occurrence separately Then the delete all button returned within the details section What Then both of my cameras stopped recording video altogether I know better but with motorolas name attached I thought Id be safe Wrong Save your money do your research Good luck     What The Heck Buyer Beware

Updated review After contacting support and two rounds of fixes app and firmware updates the product appears to be functioning correctly for now at least Still encountering intermittent connection issues with their servers occasionally it cant find my camera or their server disconnects the stream but the recent firmware update helped immensely Previous review Last week notifications mysteriously stopped and today the app cant connect to the server Its puzzling why this app works one day and not the next Camera is of no use without app Please take heed of the poor reviews and fix bugs Super frustrating           App no longer functioning

I purchased camera to check on my pets and as a back up security for my home Now they changed their rules and videos are no longer available after motion detection unless you sign up for a plan Not cool since this was not on the table when I purchased Now app constantly locks me out and I have to sign in all day long Very disappointing Dont purchase Rip off     Videos

Bought the twin pack at Walmart Only needed one camera It worked ok for three days and then disconnected and could not be reconnected despite trying several suggestions Got the second camera out and voilà It worked For 24 hours then the exact same thing happened Orange blinking light on camera and unable to connect Tried deleting and starting over No go You folks who claim yours works flawlessly are either lying or are very very lucky The rest of us the vast majority are scratching our heads but would like to scratch the eyes out of the developers for taking our money and leaving us with no tech support     FIX THE DARN THING
Dont waste your money on this garbage Its totally unreliable and almost never records events that you NEED it to Save yourself the headache and avoid this system at all costs     Worst camera and system you could buy
It was probably only 2 stars before the recent update but now it is 0 It takes FORREEVVVEEERRR to connect to the monitor camera and when it finally does all my settings are jacked and have to be reset My wifi is strong so that is not the issue Considering returning the monitor and deleting this app for good Good riddance     THE WORST
I purchased Motorola cameras instead of having their own app youre forced to use Hubble after about 30 days they shut off your recording capability and insists you pay a monthly fee to have it They try to have you go to their site and put in your credit card information after having my card number stolen in the past I refuse to just put it on as well it states nothing about a fee when you download the app Not satisfied with their sneaky way of trying to get you to pay and never mentioned when you download the app     Forced to use this App with Motorola Camera Hidden Fees
You guys fixed it a lil bit But I cant update the firmware from the phone I bought the netgear X6 router and its still moving slow        Still slow movement

This app randomly freezes crashes logs you off service errors trying to log back in etc Not something that is acceptable when its designed to make sure you can hear a crying baby I spend many sleepless nights solely trying to get the app to start working again I should add my wifi signal on my phone is fine and working for other apps     Unreliable

So Ive had good and bad luck with this The good It allows me to view my home from anywhere The bad Choppy video wont notify me of motion or sound for hours sometimes days the all the events that happened during that period suddenly flood my notifications All in all if you have the camera already go ahead and use this app If not look elsewhere        Odd happenings
