No where in the detail or agreement when download that it say you are required to pay a monthly fee You down load you get 2 clicks of a page the you are required to pay 9 95 a month to be able to read articles this App really needs to be reported for it is misleading to users who download it thinking it s a free app of local new articles     Houma today app is a fraud Stancil farm
