This game has potential but as it is there almost no point in playing You run out of energy far too quickly and everything you need to complete quests or trade with characters is too far out of reach I recently started playing and am on level 5 and everything I need to finish my quests is only available in a room that doesnt unlock until level 23 Level 23 It is going to take me forever to reach that level at this rate and until I do my quests will just sit there unfinished Plus it crashes every time you try to trade with one of the servants This has been going on for months and it still hasnt been fixed Its ridiculous Obviously the developers dont care about this game at all     Could be fun

It keeps kicking me out after every turn and its just not that much fun anymore Fix the kick     Hotel Enigma HD

Every time I click to trade with a masked worker the game shuts down I guess I will have to just delete it all together Ive had problems for months Cant make much progress with a closed game        Major Bug

Love the atmospheric feel of the game                 Great Game

Will boot me out to do a data update randomly even when Im in the middle of a room search Quite annoying that The collections area is rather confusing as well Partly due to the graphics I believe while they are pretty they are much too embellished and busy Cant seem to get anyone to accept a friend invite either even though Ive sent well over 50 Are these invites going anywhere Its been a while since I played but I picked this game back up even though I stopped playing due to the above comment I find nothing has changed Like so many others it crashes repeatedly oh and I still cant make a friend to save my life Im giving up for good Buh bye     Has a few bugs

The game still keeps crashing Should be called hotel crash You cannot go one round without a flood or fire When you win the game crashes It doesnt keep score correctly I had 40 points going into a room needing 20 points to explore the room When I came out after finding everything I had 9 points left Annoying when playing should get less than 1 star or half of a star     Hotel Enigma

This used to be one of my favorite games to pass the time But After the last update I had to reload the app from the cloud and made me start over from level 1 Anyone know of a fix Very Frustrating        Very frustrating

Every time at the end of playing a scene or clearing a room with a tool for a disaster the game ends This is very frustrating and hopefully it will be fixed soon     Frustrating Times

Cost to much to advance You can play one room 20 times before you can get one object you are searching for              Could be great

This is a pretty good game considering g it is free Of course I may get cut off Good plot good hidden picture game I wish there was more energy to allow more play time though If you like hidden pictures games this is pretty good              Hotel Enigma good free game

Have been playing this game for weeks and probably will delete it again I hoped there were improvement since the last time I had installed it Apparently not The game hasnt let me get any friends even after playing for weeks so that many of the 24 hour quests cant be done Also many of the objects that you keep trying to find are impossible to get This could be a great hidden object game but it appears that its all about making you spend money to advance in the game     Could be a great hidden object game

This used to be a great game to play But now it crashes at least twice during a 15 minute playing time I stopped playing back in February because they werent keeping up with the game I thought i would try it againsame problems        This WAS a great game

Giving this game one star is stretching it It crashes after visiting any room it doesnt give player credit for finding all the items in a room and the banish feature no longer works Its been six weeks since the last update     And Im being generous

This game could be great but it has so many problems I cant recommend it right now I keep hoping they will fix the issues but I seem to have more problems with each update Some of the problems almost impossible to get friends cant visit the friends I do have extremely difficult to get items needed to search rooms crashes and shuts down often I would play everyday if they would fix these issues As it is I only play every few days when I have spare timeUpdate I keep checking the game everyday but no new updates to fix problems I have two quests that are impossible for me to complete nothing else to dohavent played in weekssigh     Could be great
