This is the best App purchase I made ever It does exactly what it says It helps me manage all of my accounts on the go The only thing I want to see in future updates is the ability to view all my accounts in the WHM panel at the same time Easily a 5 star App                 Great App 5 Stars

Cant get this to work and there is no contact or developer support of any kind     Error C2400 no developer support

I too got the C2400 error and I have root access to my server The developers site is no help he does not respond to emails or posts and his install tips do not work Do not waste your money     No support app never ran

im try to conect creating an account and uploading the csv file on my server but doesnt work ERROR C2500 unable to installupdate HM backend hope solve the problem soon is really frustrated buy an app do nothing with this we are not here to loose money     Doesnt work 2

In order to make this app work you must first get your host reseller to install a pearl script on the back end server If you dont you get an error c2500 Takes 2 sec to install script and the app works great Definitely worth the price                 Please read

Most people leave a bad review of this app claiming it doesnt work I was almost one of them The truth is the app will work right after you run a SIMPLE Perl install command from inside of the root WHM If you dont have root access and are a reseller ask your host to run the command This would be a 5 star review if the app worked right out of the box              Run The Perl Module in WHM

For the doubters you should be at least a little technical or have enough knowhow to talk intelligently to your hosting provider support It worked for me right after install I do have root access to my dedicated VPS As stated above if you do not have root access you must get the Perl program module installed For the person who was wondering what it does go look at the source as it is open readable text One thing I appreciated was the integration with the cpanel manager by the same author Not many apps include good integration and this was an exception Well worth the extra 399 to get the extra app Also if you have questions use the Developer Web Site link and you can post your questions right on that page                 Works great despite what a couple people are saying

Seems like a great idea but unfortunately doesnt work with reseller accounts Your host would need to install the Perl script at the root level for all shared accounts on the virtual server which is highly unlikely as its a security issue for them Also the app hasnt been updated for over a year Check out the complaints on their website regarding this issue before buying     Beware doesnt work on reseller accounts without root access to entire shared server

This app DOES NOT WORK read all the other reviews Had I read them I would not have purchased Once installed it will not connect and give you a C2500 error Clearly the developer knows this since there is no way to communicate with them Will charge back to ITunes If you buy this YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED     DONT BUYDOESNT WORK NO SUPPORT

Bought this app 4172015 Im a server admin and know what I am doing I installed the required CPAN modules I can see that the file is located in usrlocalcpanelwhostmgrdocrootcgi but on the app I get the Error C2400 No way to fix No support on their website Looks like an app that the developer no longer supports     Doesnt Work

App requires server side software not affiliated with this app to be installed on the server by the root user If you have a reseller account without root access most resellers do not You will not be able to use this app I have several reseller accounts Failed on all and companies selling me the reseller accounts will not install the server side software That being said I also have a dedicated server where I am the root user And this application works but you must have root access otherwise you will waste your money Ask your hosting companies if they will install the required server side software they probably will not Shame I was looking for a global solution The cPanel app this developer sells works though But it has a couple issues There is also way to contact the developer        Does not work without root access REQUIRES root access

This app is by far the best way to access WHM on your iPhone If you also get the companion cpanel app it integrates seamlessly with the WHM app I tried other apps and was not impressed and was reluctant to buy these So happy that I did If you need WHM control buy this app Fast connection easy to use lots of controls                 Better than perfect

Upon using this app I got a 500 internal server error via web browser when trying to login to WHM This started right after I installed this app        Internal error

Thought I would take a chance despite all of the negative reviews Works flawlessly I am using a VPS and have root access So far everything works No crashes Everything is simple and laid out Good search and sorting functions One complaint I am not able to see a full list of all of my accounts net etc in order to bring up the list I have no idea why so many people are complaining My guess is there web hosting company is the problem This application works great on my ipad air                 Works

Ive had this app for years Never would work Finally with a recent update i decided to give it another try It works And it worms great So easy to manage WHM on the road Highly recommend                 Finally it works

Once I got the additional 3rd party Perl module installed by my webhost the app worked great There is help on their Internet site via a forum that explains what module needs installed The description states that the needed module will be installed automatically if you have root access That means a VPS or dedicated server If you are a simple reseller you need to have your web hosting company install the module The app is fast on loading of services and pages The only down side is the splash screen that seems to stay on for 30 seconds or longer at times But once the app loads its awesome I also use the CPanel app from the same developer it is equally awesome but with a long splash screen as well I would recommend this app if you are a web hoster A very comprehensive set of tools for on the go administration                 Great App

You can only login to a WHM server session once then after that you get a C2500 Unable to installupdate the HM Backend error I even installed the Perl module manually cpan cPanel3rdpartyModuleInstaller but it did not good to solve the issue Only way to get it to work after receiving the C2500 error is to delete the profile and recreate it But once the application is shut down once the C2500 error returns unless you delete and recreate the profile Basically it works but obviously has issues        Has issues
