Essential App if you are leaving in HK visiting HK Easy to use and very very convenient if you do not speak Chinese and want to get anywhere by Taxi A Must Have when in Hong Kong
This a great start to a very useful app My home and most places I go seem accurate Since this is an app for people who dont speak Cantonese perhaps you can add something within the app where one can ask you to add a place to your database For example you are missing some major places such as Lee Theatre and Leighton Centre to name a fewI also found some of the hotels filed under T for The Luckily I used the search Great start
Ive found this app to be very helpful A lot easier than trying to point to the street or building in Google maps or remembering to bring that little taxi translator book they sell at Dymocks I have noticed a bunch of locations are not yet in the database such as the internationalESF schools or the various sports and recreation clubs Even a few fairly popular streets arent included Hope these will be included in the next update Other than that this app has been great Thanks Great App
I confused this app with a really good one that shows you how to say the street and that actually shows streets Queens rd central is a major street in HK and doesnt even come up Im deleting this There has to be a better app

I always try to know the Cantonese names of the places Im going to but very often the taxi drivers have problems understanding my terrible accent Yes its true its not complete but theres plenty here to start with an apparently they update the database from time to time Each time Ive shown the taxi card to a driver hes been impressed and instantly understood where I wanted to go For 99 cents its well worth it Request to developers push out a notice to users when theres an update on the database to download Ive Wanted This For Years
Giving taxis directions in HK can be challenging outside of main tourist hotspots as the majority of drivers have limited English you either need to learn Chinese pronunciation of address or get address written down for you This app provides Cantonese spoken and traditional Chinese character translations of English addresses I have been living in HK for 10 years and use HK taxi translated frequently to go to new addresses Highly recommend Great HK Travel App for giving taxi directions for non Chinese speakers

Useful and fun app Guildford Road and Mansfield Road are both missing among others Update it and it will be great Good but needs update
Dont understand what the complaint about not finding Queens Road is about It works beautifully A must have in Hongkong if you ask me I just learned Chinese
