Shuts down you cant update your bundles doesnt add items to cart And the website is the same way I get so frustrated I have to pick up the phone and call honest co     Good product horrible app

Allinall a very concise app that adds ease to those early months of tracking diapers feedings etc One of the main features that set this apart from others was the ability to sync under one account on multiple devices however as of a few weeks ago this feature stopped working and as of yesterday the app stopped working all together I understand issues but some information to issues or that arent supporting anymore goes a long way        Stopped working all together

This app used to be good My wife and I were using it to track all of our newborns feedings diapers and milestones It was a little buggy as timing for feedings would stop on their own but we would just use the stopwatch on the native app on the iPhone and enter the time in manually in the Honest app Recently the app crashes every time a new entry is logged and the account no longer syncs between our phones which is really inconvenient Honest please fix ASAP Would also love if there were a daily tally that would show you totals of bms wet diapers and how much time total for feedings and sleep        No Longer A Good App

My twins were just born Wednesday and this app has been great to track their feeding and diaper changes However the app has been crashing every time I go to save the information This is a huge inconvenience because having 2 babies I am using it constantly Please fix this problem as I really love everything about Honest        App crashes

The application time function for the breastfeeding and nap schedule do NOT work Anytime I try to time either of these events the app closes itself Now I am unable to open the app I have turned off my phone multiple times and rebooted it as well All of my other apps are working seamlessly so I must assume that there are bugs with the app that need to be fixed I am afraid that if I have to delete and redownload the app then I will lose all of my info I have been using this app since January 2015 so it would be a great disappointment to lose all of the information           Timer doesnt work Cannot open app

Thy seem to have fixed the addon problem but now my order history hasnt been updated since early March so I cant view my orders or track the ones that are currently out of for delivery Disappointing           Order History Out of Date

it is a great app you can track feedings diaper changes doctors appts and sleep schedules among other options my only issue is when editing the sleep times you have to manually adjust times at least twice for it to stay I do love that besides that one flaw I can track my orders bundles review new products all in one place great job honest              Great App Just Like The Company

App was consistently buggy constantly crashing launching livechat without prompts and sluggish     Constantly crashing opening live chat

Love honest Love this app Only problem is that when you try to put some ones email or share on fb it crashes but I can always go on the comp for that so its not a big deal                 Love

Im loving the way the app is laid out but have a few complaints and recommendations Pros 1 Love that I can track everything from nursing diapers sleep and even Dr visits all in one place 2 In app timers are easy to use 3 App is self explanatory and user friendly Needs work 1 Timers spontaneously turn off even with the app still running in the background and data is lost 2 Would love to be able to switch off and on timers from my lock screen instead of having to fully open the app 3 Would love for things to be grouped during the day so its easier to see the day as a whole rather than scrolling through each entry For instance Id love it to tally up how many wet diapers for the day or how much total sleep he got at night              Lost data

We used to LOVE this appuntil it started crashing and now wont even let us log in Have contacted Honest 4 times and havent heard back from them Please fix When working this app is a 5 starbut when we cant even use it its a fail Big time     Doesnt work

App just completely stopped working For the past week I cant log in with the app It just says theyre having problems at this time and thats it     App stopped working

I would give five stars but only three start for now Because I have issue on the diaper tab I put the diaper on my baby and its hard to open the Velcro tab I suggest that they need to work on that give more stretchy on the Waste line and the Velcro supposed to be easy to open when you put on the diaper           Its hard to open the Velcro tab

I love how easy this app is to use Its very convenient and I understand its meant to make logging easier What I dont love is when it doesnt sync with multiple devices My husband logs things on his phone and I cant see them on mine very annoying Also the timer cuts off sometimes and I have no idea when a feeding or nap began Its making it a little difficult to get my newborn on a schedule           Great app When it works

We just started using the honest baby app to track feedings and diapers Its very easy to use and so far works seamlessly on both my iPhone and my husbands I would love to see a daily snapshot or a running total Our child is on formula and theres no easy way to look at the daily totals or running totals Weve been using the notes section to total as we go But a daily summary of sleep feedings and diaper changes would be a great addition              Easy to usewish there was a daily summary

Whats the use of the app if you cant even log in     Useless app

App is glitchy and its so annoying not to be able to use when you really want to use it App boots me out and wouldnt allow to change the meal details Disappointing app which shuts down every time     App has issues

I love how easy it is to view and change the delivery dates on my bundles however there is a glitch from time to time that doesnt let me save my bundles after I edit them A box pops up saying that I need 5 items in my bundle before I save it when there are already 5 items displayed but I cant continue           LoveHate

It was great until it decided to kick me out and not let me back on keeps saying that there are problems and to try again later Restarting the phone deleting the app and downloading it again doesnt seem to do anything           Well

I love this app because you can use it on several devices Downfall I hate the sleep timer its inconsistent and I wake up at night and it goes away stops timing Im mainly using for feedings and diapers But I also think a better way to see how much formula for the day and diapers and way to change your settings to see each bottle easier Overall only app I have found that it connected on more than one device              App is great minus sleeping timer

I had my baby 3 months ago and at that time I loved the app It was perfect BUT the past month it had not been working correctly The timer cuts itself off and stops timing EVERY TIME I TRY TO TIME A NAP OR FEEDING Gesh I thought the update would fix the glitch but it hasnt Great concept but the time glitch NEEDS to be fix Thanks in advance        Good concept

Let me start by saying that I love The Honest Companys products but Im not a huge fan of this app I cant view any of my orders beyond May 12th of this year and there have been a few They wont even show up     Love

Ive been having trouble with that patterns saving on my app Ill pick patterns save and when I go back none of the patterns I selected were saved Also when I go to switch diaper sizes the thing goes crazy You have to swipe to select a different size and it never goes up one you goes all the way to the largest size There needs to be a better way to select a different size Other than that the app is so convenient to have           Ok app
