The Homing In - Real Estate is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is designed for use in English language. I dont think this is better than the Zillow or Redfin apps for sure I cant search for properties with it but I dont think thats what it is designed for This app rocks
I was pleased to get 4 real estate agent home values within the 1st 24 hours I ended up selling the house right where the agents said and well above the Zillow Zestimate that was really low It was easy to use and Id use it again Fast home value

I like that I have a resource to see other people pictures of houses instead of just seeing what the real estate agent who listed the house wants me to see No more wasting time with going to houses Im not going to like But alas there arent many houses in here yet Sigh happy Chappy
Got this app on recommendation from my brother I really like the nature of how the system works as no agent will contact you directly as agents only respond through the app itself Once you select your address take some good pictures input notes on the best features of your home then up to 5 local agents will respond with valuations so you get a pretty good idea of the real value of your house Exact valuation

The Zillow estimate had my house worth more than 8 less than it should have been but the agent I had suggested Homing In and I got every penny of value Super easy to use and I didnt get any calls from agents that I didnt initiate So much better than a Zestimate

I got this app because I was looking for an app that could give me an accurate real estate valuation of my house and this app did just that It was so easy to just put in my houses information and find out what it was worth Easy to use and so helpful Amazing and easy to use
Tentatively 5 stars I realize that this is the work of a real estate company and they probably dont have a bunch of UI programmers etc but they seem to be on to something Fantastic

Love the main concept of this app as it uses actual real estate agents and user sourced pictures and notes to give you a better idea of the real value of your property and not just an inaccurate estimate that is of no real use Helped me realise that my home investment in this particular area was a wise one Real value of your property

All I wanted to do was check a home value This doesnt work unless I allow to app to access my location I was unhappy to do this since it wasnt necessary for the apps function but I thought I would be OK doing it just for the minute I needed to check the homes value So I did That was not enough I was then to that I must sign in Using Facebook I have to give this app my location and access to real name employment and social information all just to get a home value Zillow and other places offer it without any such invasiveness So I deleted the app and went to Zillow Way too invasive couldnt use
Finally Real estateRealty world catching up with everyone else This is going to be awesome Thank you Its about time
Been looking for something like this for ages Im not really into computer AI and algorithms theres too many factors to squeeze estate valuation into a formula Real agents do the valuation of homes so they take into account features like quality of interior and style Home owners can communicate with agents through the app so you dont get any phonecalls out of the blues Real agents do the valuation
The interface is easy but could be better Probably 4 stars but Im going to give it 5 because I couldnt find another app like this one Awesome app
