I missed due dates and got charged late fees because I could not get this app to work It says an error and to contact their support line What an inconvenience I m sure changing banks Also they don t have 25 7 support What bank doesn t have that I had emergencies and was left with no help from them till two days later since it was Friday night It s been 5 months and still can t get this app to work     Worst app ever Ericthebest

If I could give it zero stars I would I hardly ever write reviews but this time I have to speak out This app doesn t always show accurate information It will only show bills in bill pay that haven t gone out yet No where can you see pending transactions Today it caused me to bounce a 500 payment I had checked last night to make sure all this month s bills had been paid and it appeared they had Then this morning a 500 bill was deducted from my account that I didn t see ANYWHERE on this app last night ARG This isn t the first time this has happened On top of this problem often bill pay is not available on the app and website which is not at all helpful if you rely on technology to pay your bills The ATMS are often down and unable to accept deposits which further complicates preventing overdrafts The website is clunky and hard to navigate I am so sick that BOA has left the area and turned over my account to these folks I will be searching for a new bank next week based solely on the horrible technology based resources from this bank I can t stand it anymore and I m not going back to writing checks I haven t paid bills that way in at least 8 years     Also an extremely disappointed former BOA customer Elemitrt

I used to be able to move money from one account to another Now I get a error message saying it can t be processed at this time It s annoying because I don t want to go to the bank for transferring money to my accounts when I can do it from home I would like for it to be fixed It also takes forever to log in it seems             I can t make transfers into accounts Awkward directioner

I am having a hard time trying to figure out why my BOA had to be switched to this bank This app is nowhere near as user friendly as BOA s It is slow it takes forever for my mobile deposits to go in half the time when I try to view my history it tells me it is unable to retrieve my history at this time I hate that whenever I have a problem with banking issues I have to call from work because they don t have 24 hour customer service And 2 seconds after I schedule a bill to be paid the next day and then immediately go back to edit the payment it tells me there are NO PENDING PAYMENTS This app is horrible BOA had the most user friendly online banking and now I am stuck with this garbage app and it is ruining my handle on my finances I am tempted to go back to writing 20 checks a month     Disappointed former BOA customer Archrygrl
