this is an awesome app that display real estate data no matter how undesirable the data presented is I can find criminal records around an area or school or hazarous sites from a current location highly recommended fantastic app with criminal data
It seems to me that the data is wildly incorrect distances schools nearby ratings etc my opinion Immediately deleted Bad Data
Inaccurate information it seems no ones age is entered Skeptical on its validity Good in theory bad idea
Website is ok but this app is not ready for prime time The summary page shows 20sex offenders yet when you tap for details it says great news 0 offenders yeah thanks And where are the environmental hazards Plus same problem as website of showing crime stats for entire city instead of neighborhood Everyone knows crime rates vary widely within cities Not ready for prime time
The app is quite well done and it would be perfect if it just had the polluters data included I still use home facts through the website interface for the polluters data but on the cellphone would be so much more convenient Needs polluters data
