I have been using this app for over an year now The content itself is extremely relevant and good for internal medicine But the app needs a lot of work 1 Takes too long to load 2 It does not save the previous audio I was listening to I have to manually go and re check each time I reopen the app 3 The app does not pause when there is audio on another app For example when using Google Maps my other audio apps pause automatically when I get directions but this does not do the same I hope the developers can address these issues         Excellent content but a primitive app Sint1896a

Episodes take long time to load and lately it is having trouble downloading episodes as well Hopefully it will get fixed soon Add search option to easily search for topics             App needs work The Braavosi

Love listening to all the great programming however the app is frustrating It keeps forgetting what I ve heard before so it goes back 5 7 minutes on chapters I ve already heard What is more upsetting is that it keeps logging me out At least 3 4 times a day Which is difficult because I listen during my commute and can t stop and re login Please fix it         Great content difficult app Itsdoc4u

Considering the hefty price tag for this podcast the app should be a lot better The podcast content is great but the app only works properly when connected to wifi That pretty much kills the idea of listening to these on my commute Of course you can download the episode while on wifi But that usually doesn t work either I ve got the latest episode trying to download and it has been stuck at about 5 completed for the past 3 days Get it together Hippo     This app needs help caustin618

Great material but newest update doesn t let me go back to episodes prior to 2016 episodes I just purchased last month and was slowly making my way through past episodes Now they aren t accessible Frustrating for how much money it cost         New update with issues AP20000000

Since the new update I can no longer see any episode older than chapter 18 on the app Fix this please The website works fine but I cannot hear episodes on the road through that     Cannot see older episodes on app Famenera

The recent update only shows the 2016 episodes and the most recent short doesn t show up Please fix to allow us to listen to all of the back episodes on the app     Bugs p_biz

If there are going to be interruptive reviews of what was just said I will not be able to listen to this It interrupts the flow of the interview the flow of my thought processes and is redundant Preferable would be a review at the very end of the segment with an option to forward to the next track when I am uninterested in a particular review I do not need what the expert JUST SAID repeated back at me And if I do I have rewind Topics and content seems high yield otherwise and so I hope this improves with time         Interruptions TKDMD
