I was very happy with this app until I changed my device It doesnt recognize my password anymore and Im typing it correctly How can I fix this or how can i change my password to recover my files Help
Its highly unprofessional to allow people to download your app and you wont even make it right with us about our pictures thats lost because YOUR app that needs to be fixed Clearly you should address this issue we need help to get our pictures back Unprofessional
Yep Im one of the many that upgraded to a new device before backing up the pictures and movies else where And now locked out Dont the developers try to help us out Looks like turning a deaf ear to us Help us Password
Ive kept this app for years hoping there would be an update that would fix the password problem I know what I set my password as but it says access denied everytime I enter it Ive seen other reviews saying they have the password problem too FIX THE PASSWORD PROBLEM

I was very happy with this app until my old phones screen broke and I had to replace it Now whenever I try to get into it it says I have the wrong password when I know I remember the password I was using before I see many other people in the reviews are having the same problem and would like to see it fixed so that I can actually use this app which I paid 5 for Password no longer works

Let that be a lesson to myself Dont upgrade if it works I use this app most of any And it used to work at least mostly fine Now not so much Okay it locks pics up out of sight and all but with this new update June2014 it is getting buggy 1 Loads a lot slower now 2 Doesnt rotate for landscape at all anymore it used to for individual pics 3 It randomly crops pics when importing from camera roll One and a half stars from me Rounded up with hopes that some of these issues will be addressed Lesson learned

When exiting the app after watching a video by engaging the home button If you access the app again it allows to continue viewing the video from its last position When your supposed to access the app by password but the pictures arent accessible youll have input your password for that Issues closing out fully
