There really is no excuse for releasing a game to the public when you know it will not function properly when used as designed Clearly there are major bugs preventing this game from loading properly after a certain point but there appears to be little to no effort on the part of the developers to fix the problems or communicate their intentions to those customers who have purchased the faulty product I expected better of them Inexcusable
So that last update was for nothing Paid for the game but it wont load

Great game but I really hate the fact that you are only allowed to get to a certain point Then you have to pay to get the full version Love it
Love this game Sometimes the objects are a little small but it could be that Im just old lol I can spend hours playing this game Love puzzle games

Let me start by saying I really enjoyed this game for the few short times I got to play it I got to the point where I pair to have it fully download and then it started crashing and would not load I reinstalled it several times then the update came out I though oh joy I am going to be able to play it again NOT It continues to crash Please fix this so that I can actually play the game that I PAID to enjoy Once that is fixed I will gladly come back and redo my review and give you the 4 other stars Frustrated

UPDATE WILL NOT OPEN TOTALLY BROKEN Crashes to home screen Fix it went from bad to not working at all First annoyance was finding Strategy Guide only included if you download the BF app but decided to purchase anyway will not put that app on my Air After downloading turned off iPad 5 running 706 to make sure game has best chance of working The crane operating puzzle with the wires froze completely I exited game and did a full reset of my iPad still frozen I had to skip the puzzle Right after that the items in the next 2 HO games would not register taps until I tapped them up to twenty times Fun killer I noticed that the version number on the iPad game is higher and mentions bug fixes Guess this was left to sink in the water of the sewer of bf neglect Beware Frozen puzzles will not respond to taps more

I am a loyal great fan of the Big Fish games I have paid for this full game but it stops playing when I try to get the flashlight from the inventory Please fix the stopping and the crash problems This game started out wonderful PLEASE FIX STOPS AND CRASHES
My only frustration is sometimes the touch controls dont work I tried cleaning the screen turning phone off and on touching different areas and finally after about 5 tries was able to focus the lens on the spyglass Had happened with other touch areas too But all in all great graphics story puzzles Fun game

I really want to play this game based on the reviews and given that its in conjunction with the Smithsonian Cant get it to work though Ive tried uninstalling reinstalling powering down rebooting shutting down other apps ensuring my IOS is up to date memory space is adequate and I still cant get past entering my player name and loading So frustrating Doesnt work
