Tried to learn more about a wine label but it was unable to recognize I have seen friends use a similar app so I will have to find out which one they are using as this one didn t seem to work Surprised it has such a strong rating     Disappointing kjversion1

This app is geared toward selling you wines It is not good for recording your own history and favorites It has no way for you to categorize wines you have tasted by type You can only search them by name Also I tried scanning several wine labels and only 1 out of 3 were recognized The rest were not in the app s database         Not good for recording favorites VT cuisine

Very awkward to get a photo and upload it Not directly self explanatory in process If photo taken from my camera files it truncated the picture so it s hard to know how to take the picture for what I want to show         Photo my wines Jan$$$

This app is pretty disappointing I had such high hopes as the star rating was high and the number of reviewers was high as well I paid 3 to have adds removed however every time you enter the app I am hit with a full page add to sign up and save Then I paid 5 to be able to take scans because this is not a basic feature You either enter an email address for a limited number or pay for unlimited Neither is worth it as the feature doesn t work properly It takes a while to load When it does I ve experienced 3 issues 1 it can t find my wine 2 the wine title is populated to the search field making you think it found the wine but you get a pop up saying the wine can t be found 3 the wine is found however when I try to select nothing happens I would expect that after paying the amounts I did that I would t have anything to complain about     Disappointing BrtllyHnst

I have been using this for some time now and have gotten the updates over the years and just love the newer version I have tried the other wine apps too like Vivino delectable etc but this app is great for all wine lovers and I love how the latest version follows your preferences It just seems like a big jump vs the other apps It s funny because when I am out with friends we talk about how hello vino is not only great for the novice but it is also an excellent app for someone who has enjoyed wine for years                     Best wine app hands down GorhamSt

I think the premise is good the AI was attractive to me has a nice layout but I have a few issues FYI I am 4 99 into this app so I can scan For instance when I look up a wine type like Bordeaux or a maker when I click the individual wines nothing happens Also there is no way to go to the next page on a long list that obviously continues on Either I do not understand the fundamentals of using this app the developers do not or it is buggy That is why I said 2 stars in case it is user error I tried to create an account and it would not let me register said I have to be over 21 I am over 60 and I put in the appropriate birthdate And why did I have to put in the same info in several places Also the wine descriptions are a little generic I am labeled as a wine enthusiast Being that this is somewhat associated and promoted with a popular podcast I was hoping for more No help files or ability to put in suggestions         I want to like this app Bazza2u

Was excited to use this as a handy resource for wine but it s too buggy frustrating The function to search for save favorite wines keeps malfunctioning It ll find the wine but the option to click the wine to see more info save it to My Wines stops working Hope they fix it         Buggy doesn t save wines AK330

The app deleted all of my photos and wouldn t let me edit the entries to re add them When I updated my phone they all came back but with time the older entries once again lost the photos so frustrating     Loses photos Edgycoolness

Very dissatisfied virtually no wine can be found based on the photo of the label It reads it correctly but the search of the wine dB comes empty all the time I am not a wine snob just a guy that shops in my local wine store Would love to have my money back if possible     Goodbye vino nikotsan

I love this app As someone who thoroughly enjoys wine yet lacks a sommelier s knowledge this is the quickest way to find a great food wine pairing or a recommendation for an occasion I don t have the greatest memory and it serves well as my digital tasting notebook so I can recall my favorite wines                     My wine companion Shrubbery87

I ve had this app for at least 3 or 4 years and it never fails I love it because even as a free app I can take pictures write notes to myself and build a database of my favorite wines and the stores I ve purchased them from                     A very helpful tool dhump33

I have been using this app for about one year and it has been very useful I love the ability to take a snapshot and write notes about the wines I purchase I haven t actually made any of the recipes but the feature that links to a recipe to compliment the wine you ve chosen is pretty handy Out of the wine apps that I ve tried this is my favorite                     My favorite app Flower_girl2

I did think this was a pretty good app for keeping a record of wines I ve tried For each wine I could easily record my personal rating a photo of the label and cost and sort by name or preference I had a fairly extensive list unfortunately somehow when updating my phone I lost all that info My account is still there as before but all data is missing I have tried contacting Hello Vino via their support email multiple times with no response There is no phone support option I suspect this app is not actually being supported any more I ve decided to use another tool as I start from scratch again         nice app but lost data poor customer support Keimkeu

No really I do and I promised myself that I would use this app more often this year to track the wines I like This is a simple useful friendly and fairly deep application I don t use all its features although I have explored everything this app has to offer in fact I really only use it to track the wines I drink but it s free and like I said it s fairly deep depending on how much you intend to use of it I like it so it gets 4 stars There are some features I wish it had but it s no reason not to get it                 I Love Wine Ponthegan
