This game would be an enjoyable adorable take on the match three genre if it didn t freeze and crash constantly What s most frustrating is that despite level game progress not being saved when it freezes when reopening the app whatever lightning energy in game of plays and boosts you might have used do conveniently disappear as if you were able to actually play the level Going to remove soon if it keeps doing this I m on the latest version of iOS and on a new phone so there s really no software or hardware reason specific to my end for this game and other Sanrio Digital releases such as Carnival which won t even open at all to be this glitchy Sad     Cute but Unplayable sociologies

I love this game but after installing for a 3rd time I may have to delete again It freezes on every game I play and constantly just shuts off It usually waits till right before I ve cleared a level and shuts off I started all over again and didn t restore from my previous save and it s still doing it It also keeps giving me the same piece of furniture for 43 levels This game could be so awesome if they would just fix it         Game needs fixed bad Nicole.phillips

This game is adorable and fun but I can t connect to Facebook the button doesn t work Also when playing the Jewel levels it will freeze mid game and you have to wait for a moment for it to catch up before continuing Once those issues are fixed it will totally be a 5 star app             Cute game but needs some improvements GlambertGlitter

The game is ok Like any puzzle game The part that is supposed to be different is collecting and arranging furniture in your own little house It is very difficult to get a variety of items even though the facebook page claims they have whole new sets for different holidays I have kept track and the only time new items come out of the gashapon is after a new set release you will get one new item After 14 straight purchases from the gashapon Then you get the same items in the same order until a new release I have pulled 65 straight items from the gashapon at one time and not a single new item When I wrote into support after reinstalling the game they were not able to help     Gashapon is not random Ms. not impressed

The screen freezes every time I place I have two separate Hello Kitty Jewel Town games One on my iPhone 7 and one on my iPad I want the one on my iPhone to be the same game on my iPad because I am further along on that game Not sure how to correct it I m afraid if I delete the app and add it back it might cause more problems The game is a lot of fun though                     Having some issues but like the game bamagirl017

This is a super fun and addictive game There are only a few things that could be improved that I have taken note of 1 The game freezes sometimes when playing the jewel part of it and 2 It d be really cool if there was a hint option in game I get stuck sometimes and just can t find anything for what feels like minutes Hints could be something you earn just like the coins and diamonds so that it makes it a little easier for players but doesn t allow them to hint their way through the whole game unless they ve earned that privilege Everyone could start off with three hints and then earn them from gifts and daily rewards                 Fun game purplebreaze
