Ok 1 that is NOT how you do heart surgery Ur supposed to tie back the veins with a medical string Im 9 yrs old and I even know this 2 thats not even what a heart looks like A heart is a plump big organ that pumps blood into ur body Not some skinny little stick that pumps sap into your blood or something 3 this game is sooo not educational U expect people to believe u BOOOO
