After youre done with the cutesy baby tracker apps that only work when your baby is newborn get this one its a keeper I only wish I wouldve had it sooner to track all of my babys health info and milestones The only feature Id like to see added is the ability to add multiple pictures in one entry              A must for every parent

I was looking for a replacement to an app I had paid for but mysteriously disappeared after a phone upgrade Thought this was it and gave it a chance Cant get past filling in the name Please fix as it looks like what I am looking for     Not iPhone 6 ready

Love how clean the app is but would love to be able to edit heightweight typos without having to delete the entire child and starting from scratch           Needs some tweaking

As a Peds ICU RN Ive been looking for a way to create a medical chart for my child This app is actually pretty good What I find missing however is an area for allergies and another for medications With allergies more often than not parents know what to report to the doctors but it helps to have a place to refer to For medications it helps to have a separate place for that too This way if your child gets admitted or you have to see a specialist youll know the name of the medication and the dosage prescribed rather than have to carry the bottles with you Itll really help if your child is on multiple meds Oh a spot for listing medical conditions is good toothen again thats the RN in me              Quite good but

App will not work with iPhone 6 Freezes when opened     Does not work anymore Freezes

This app would be great but there arent any options on WHEN your baby receives their vaccine We follow our own vaccine schedule which is much different than what the CDC recommends You only have the option to say yes or no on whether or not your baby has received the vaccine at the normal time I wish you could customize and add your own dates        Too structured

As a mom of three I dont have time to switch from app to app and tab to tab This app helps me record only what I need and doesnt forget to include the practical height weight and vaccines The only thing I wish was different is the fact I cant adjust the date on the journal entry Sometimes I forget to enter something on a date and I can do an entry for that date but dont get to change the date so I manually write it in at the beginning of my entry I use it to track my daughters medication symptoms She has ADHD and were still in the adjustment phase I love this app for letting me add what I want how I want Definitely a mommy musthave              Practical and quick

Fun and very easy to use Lets me store photos milestones vaccinations and more This app helps me organize and store all of the rashes reactions and events for me to share with my childrens doctor I no longer have to dig for my notes or try to explain what happened when I can show the picture or video or jot down a note This is a great tool for every parent                 Clever and flexible

This app works infrequently for me and there is no way to back up the information Its a great app cant find anything else like it but just wish it actually worked and data could be saved to a secondary source just in case        Sketchy

Despite what the other review said that only gave this app 2 stars you can add your own date to when the vaccine was given just go to the add entry button top right hand corner of screen I also have my own vaccine schedule which is why this app comes in handy It is free with no advertisements and recorded height weight and head circumference and allows you to right down any notes Really good and practical app                 Exactly what I was looking for
