I only use this app to make payments to my son s daycare pre k so I don t have experience with any other functions besides the Billing That being said making the payments is easy enough but it doesn t update to show what is actually owed It always says I owe the full amount when I make partial payments It should update to reflect the amount paid and what the remainder then is     Not helpful Eat paste

I have an iPhone 5C and the Headmaster app worked like a charm and was very useful until I downloaded Apple s iOS 10 update Now Headmaster can t function The app cut of one of my child s class subjects so that I couldn t access it I deleted and RE installed the app and now I can t even sign in The sign in page banner cuts off the email or user name line going straight to password but denies access after password is entered My password is correct and still works on the Headmaster portal website when I utilize a desktop computer instead Right now for me the phone app is toast I gave 3 stars because the app previously was very good but now it is unusable until fixed Once this glitch is fixed I will give it 5 stars and recommend it to friends but not as it is right now Also in the future I would like to see the app allow parents to communicate directly with each teacher using a simple messaging feature             Can t Use After iPhone iOS 10 Update papabear960

This app makes no sense it seems like my child s first grade class could ve made a better app It s impossible to find out homework assignments the view doesn t have any information their website while quite basic at least functions It lists subjects but won t let me change to the weekly view like their website does There are no settings or options for the app and no help section Sections of the app are not labeled very well and subjects assignments have had no consideration for proper grouping or detailed explanations The days of the week just scroll down with very little visual break in between you re never quite sure what the heck you re looking at All of this could be somewhat forgiven if the app actually functioned but several tries has me still as puzzled as the first time I signed into the app The sad part is that there are so many neat possibilities for an app and service like this I just wish the school would ve chosen a better platform a recommendation I am sure to make to the faculty as well as encourage other parents to speak up as well     Completely Useless TheOnlyJP
