Hbo is blocking the video out on purpose. I dont even care anymore. The app is so useless without it and its been so long. It seldom can even fuction on the ipad screen. The app is just the joke of the app store. I GLADLY PAY MY HBO SUBSCRIPTION EVERY MONTH ON COMCAST. ITS THE BEST NETWORK AROUND. BEST PROGRAMS EVER. TOO BAD THEY HAVE TO TREAT ME LIKE A CONTENT THEIF.

Pretty weak on Hobo that they don`t allow AirPlay. Some of their shows, like Treme for instance, aren`t in their rotation and unavailable in any other format. What`s the point if you can`t make it fully functional?
I would give it 5 stars... But..

It doesn`t support HDMI (mirroring) like other apps do. And that`s pretty annoying.
