Haunted Legends: The Curse of Vox HD - A Hidden Objects Adventure

This game was funbut the bonus chapter was glitchy and sent me in this endless loop Yet another glitchy hidden object game No recourse from Big Fishthey told me to take it up with ITunes but how           The Curse of Vox

Map was no help as it didnt tell you what area had actions to do Finding rings for their symbols was fun but only was for first half of game Then you just found rings to collect them and they were placed in weird areas Never figured out what the garden was even though I kept collecting those plant pods The worst is the response time when you touched an area to go to or see closer The delay made you feel that there isnt an action and then a couple seconds later your picture changes and you dont know what you did to get there Bonus game had a glitch where it would not attach a wheel to a ram so I couldnt finish the hidden picture game Not worth the money even though I got the game on sale Not matching the quality big fish games used to have        Faulty sensory and no sense

The map needs to indicate where objectives are Although transporting less helpful than it could be The load time between each scene is rather annoying Overall not terrible just ordinary           Mediocre

I keep trying to find a new Big Fish game that isnt so slow when screen changing and has less boring video dialogue It isnt this one        Another dud

Map was useless just showed various locations with no direction Hard to follow muddled story I liked the various animals I was glad when I finished the Bonus a Chapter           Frustrating Map Beautiful Graphics LongPlaying

It defaults back to the beginning whenever Unless you are going to play it straight through in one marathon session dont buy this game     Dont Buy

The game does not have a good flow of the story The so call map is worthless The hint button is terrible I made the mistake of buying the game and I feel forced to finish it Using the strategy guide constantly to finish the game        Sad Very disappointed

Love the story But hint button is too slow and the map could be more direct too But I still like this story DietGrandma           Curse of Vox

Yes that twisted little man is back to torment you You get to help ghosts while keeping eyes open for plants etc not a lot of instructions on the garden and while it has a teleporting map its missing the flag for things undone Instructions could be better and the grammar was missing in translation but overall not bad              That wicked little troll is back

Not as good as I had hoped It would have helped to have the items in the inventory named but the game made no sense There was poor direction and the instructions on the puzzles might as well have been nonexistent This game could have been a lot better with a bit more work on it           Disappointing

This is the third ERS game I have paid for that forgets that fact I can restore the purchase but hours of progress are gone forever Constantly having to start over from the beginning is the pits My other games from other developers have worked fine I only have this problem with ERS games I have an iPad 4 with 64 GB and iOS 8 It had the same problem with iOS 7 too No more ERS games for me until they fix the three I already have I tried again Sure enough well into the game it had an amnesia attack It forgot the purchase It forgot the progress It could be a very good game except for this fault ERS certainly owes its customers a fix and SOON     Another useless ERS game Minus 10 Stars

I didnt finish this game or the most recent PuppetShow because the map was so unhelpful Too bad both games could have been really good           Better map please

Greetings Gamers UPDATE Ive finished the main game and am trudging through the bonus part This game isnt as good as I originally hoped The seeds for the garden Has absolutely no tiein to the game Its like the developers ran out of collectibles and threw that in as busy work That troll guy Hes just somebody to chase as a point of interaction for a game thats sadly lacking any Undoubtedly the worst game in this series Id recommend against buying Consider Vox verboten In a word wow Im not sure thats a good wow or a bad wow The trials on these games have become much shorter and Im definitely not so sure thats a good thing How can one make up ones mind about buying or not Theres things to like about this game ERS brand good graphics nice puzzles and HOS map but things that are worrisome map not labeled with objectives unlabeled inventory items a repeat of an HOS scene in the alreadyshort trial Really ERS You couldnt locate another different spot for a HOS Im on the fence about purchasing At least this one hasnt booted me out yet But the load scenes are plentiful and take several seconds so Im holding my breath each time Vox has me vexed Until next time fellow fellows May the stars light your way        Ghosts Gardens and that Creepy Troll Dude

I really enjoyed the previous games in this series However the newest addition just lacks direction There IS a teleporting map unlike some reviews deny and unless you are just lazy it doesnt matter that it doesnt tell you where you have tasks to perform thats part of the fun and memory challenge The cut scenes of the little troll seem to have much better resolution unless my memory fails me which it frequently does but the HOs are poor graphically and fall back on the old method of hiding objects by putting in a million other objects There is a nice mix of HO and puzzles but explanation of the puzzles is poor During the main game until the last part the Hint button works well but suddenly goes crazy towards the end as well as during the entire Bonus chapter and so is useless The positive is that I never got bumped from the game using an iPad Air and iOS 81 A good game but not great You nailed it again Dream Team Yes I did buy and complete the entire game              Troll man is back

This game is truly just awful I assume before a game is released its reviewed for mistakes but this one clearly wasnt 1 The game was clearly translated into English poorly and half the dialogue makes no sense 2 There are puzzles where the desired solution is impossible given the setup and the only way to move through them is skip 3 there are things you are told to collect in order to improve play but then they stop providing them or stop working them into the story 4 theres a part of the game that seems to require gold but there is no gold 5 1 minute into the bonus chapter you are in a puzzle where you cant give a bird the bug it wants because the game wont let you move the bug all the way to the bird Not to mention the story makes no sense the Troll guy does nothing but keep yelling at you running away and you have to practically hit the screen for it to recognize some commands but then it is super sensitive to others Honestly its like no one even test played it before they just released this garbage Its really insulting actually Id give it zero stars if that was an option     Just awful

I didnt have any issues technically but to me this still wasnt a great game The main game is rather short theres a map but nothing is labeled on it and the inventory items arent labeled either As sequels go this was my least favorite of the series Also the hidden object scenes were kind of blurry unless you zoomed in And even tho there were two types of extras to search for throughout the game which I usually love it was very confusing what the seedlings were for in the garden I planted them watered them and trimmed them but that was all I could do It was extremely frustrating not being able to figure out the point BottomlineI suggest you pass this one up I wish I had Now on to the Dream TeamI absolutely agree with everyone regarding this being a place for reviews and not a forum to shout out to friends give health updates or anything else other than to review games Im sure theres got to be an appropriate place that you all can blog to each other and keep in contact but this is not it Its great you have a nice group of friends who have the same interests such as these games but it is not fair to the many many many other people who come here to look for real input and reviews on the games and nothing else One recent review had no review at all and was only a msg about a hospital stay The msgs have been getting longer and reviews shorter and then to no review at all I dont believe any one of us with this opinion mean to hurt anyones feelings these are just the facts of what this forum is for game reviews        No Technical Issues But Still Not A Great Game

Not necessarily in that order Has good voice overs map of sorts transports but doesnt define needs The ugly little dwarf that is in all the Haunted Legends is with us again NO RATS LM only a drawing of one lone little mouse In a HOPs many things to collect along with rings that are a necessity to the outcome of the game You cant move forward without them The book of wishes is the major goal A big shout out to the Dream Team with lol and prayers Thank you BF for a new iPad game unfortunately another one I had on my Mac Btw everyone the new Blue Tea now teamed up with EIPIX is out it is the Little Mermaid and the Purple Sea looks to be beautiful as always and another greatSnooper158              POLTERGEISTS SEALS AND FLOWER GARDEN

This looks like a good game but the sample game was too short to judge it with any accuracy so thats just a guess Ive enjoyed these games in the past Nice HO scenes Good hint system But I really think it needs a map hopefully with a transporter There was a lot of unnecessary back and forth           No map

This is one of the worst games I have purchased from Big Fish Usually they do a great job but I dont know what they were thinking with this one Movement from one room to the next is way too slow map is useless as many say side story of tediously collecting plants to plant water and cut leads to absolutely no pay off or even tie in to the story Sloppy from the start and not the best story Save your money on this dud     Not a good game

I admit that I just started but the graphics and animation are amazing Really good The game play so far makes sense to me and I look forward to continuing                 Great game

Just didnt flow for me Dont particularly like the art type used Things tend to look like blobs until you zoom in on them Inventory items are NOT named I will not buy a game if they are not described in inventory Map doesnt indicate areas that need action        Nope
