Hatchi 2 - The Virtual Pet Breeding Game

Ive had my hatchi for 30 days now WHEN IS IT GOING TO EVOLVE Do I need to spend gems every time I want it to evolve Oh hell no           When is it going to evolve

So far Ive hatched two hatchis and played a few games I cant feed the hatchi they just sit there with food in front of them           Cute so far

Theres soooo many bugs dont even get me started But here are the bugs or problems that NEED to be fixed 1 No sound or music 2 You cant get rid of a dead hatchi 3 If your with one hatchi all your other hatchis health bars never decrease or increase This can be annoying because I put all of them to sleep at night and in the morning only one had its sleep bar all the way up 4Its been more than 3 days and my hatchi hasnt evolved and theres only two stages It should be atleast 3 or 4 You guys should actually TRY and make this more fun Ideas Shop with toys music potions clothes etc Going out to the park carnival beach etc There should be a way to keep track of who the grandparents parents uncles are like a hatchi family tree And there should be more interactions like petting the hatchi moving laughing etc Thats all     New day New Problems

Even after the update this app is still very buggy After cleaning up my hatchi I picked a food to feed it it never appear and I could no longer access the menus I had to wait for it to die to use the menus again Please fix these bugs unplayable        Still bugged

I was a big Tamagotchi fan and collected the things until the Music Star set Generation 6 so I was looking for something like them when I picked up Hatchi First off the graphics are nice It has enormous pixels to wring out the nostalgia points but the graphics are in color unlike Tamagotchi toys or Hatchi 1 The palette is mostly soft pastels and its pretty easy on the eyes The game seems like a bit of a slow burn After three days my Hatchi hasnt evolved or changed its behavior in any way It just sits there smiling at me occasionally immersed in its own feces You can have multiple Hatchis this time around but although they keep track of their ages the other Hatchis never get hungry dirty or sleepy which may or may not be a bug You can play mini games to collect gems which you can use to rename your Hatchi abandon them or to skip ahead to evolution There doesnt seem to be much point to collecting them unless evolution no longer occurs naturally and must be purchased Either way theres no incentive to play them unlike in most virtual pet games where you have to play some games to keep your little buddy happy There are 16 different food items but they seem to act identically and my Hatchi doesnt appear to show preference to any of them So far Im underwhelmed by Hatchi 2 Ive been feeding and cleaning my smiling fireball blob for three days while his water droplet and seedling siblings idly sit around with no needs or wants and I have nothing to show for it If this were a Tamagotchi toy by now Id have evolved twice and collected enough money to start playing Tamagigs at the Tamaclub There just isnt anything to do           Nice But Lacking in Features

This is awesome not only u can breed but u can get eggs for free but how do u get more gems                 This is great

its not accessible whith voice over for blinds plz fix it im blind I have played original hatchi it is accessible with voice over I was excited when hatchi 2 comes out please make it accessible for blind people whith Voice over so I can play it not me only but the other blinds also can play it Who loves Hachi I will give it five stars if you make it accessible with voice over I am giving it three stars right now if you make it accessible with voice over I will rated five stars I promise guys thank you I hope you will make it accessible whith voice over for me and other blinds           unaccessible whith voice over

Never makes it past the initial loading screen Waste of a dollar as of right now     Didnt even boot up once

It never worked I installed it and was never even able to open the game And their website does not offer any way to contact for help Dont waste your money     Dont buy

The app is completely inaccessible for people using voice over I cannot believe that I bought the actor So disappointing     App

Loved the first hatchi game and was hoping this one would be even better Havent had any crashes yet but have had issues with the sound only working for some games and not working for any of the actions washing feeding etc Some of the games arent great the world one makes no sense and the jumping one is too hard I liked the old hatchi where you had levels of difficulty to choose from Also wheres the store Im collecting all these points and I dont know what to do with them I want to change background and buy things for my hatchi Hope the creators take our comments into considerations with the new updates and I will give it 5 stars           Has potential

Update I have given this game a week and I am unimpressed The games are a chore and difficult the hatchi has not evolved and its very plain The original hatchi is the superior game I found myself bored very quickly Theres nothing to accomplish and a week is too long just for an evolution With more to do ad more instructions the game can be better but for now its not worth the money This app is very cute and similar to the original hatchi However there is no ingame manual and the mini game rewards are unbalanced score equals gems but most games are low scoring So far no crashes or bugs that Ive found however     It has potential

In short get the original Hatchi not this This app would be a fantastic improvement over the original hatchi without all of its bugs and its plethora of missing features The Good The art is as charming as it is in the original The add features to caring for your hatchi such as scrubbing while bathing it are great Most of the new minigames are fun as well although I do miss the simple ones from the first hatchi There are several fun minigames to play The Bad Buggy Tons of Bugs The app randomly crashes There is no sound on anything except during the minigames When playing the sequence memory game the score stops at 7 and doesnt go up from there Sometimes after hatching a new hatchi the tap to hatch button stays on the screen The minigames themselves feel way too quiet as there are only action sound effects and very few of those it seems like they need some subtle music to help the sounds that are there feel not so out of place as well as additional sounds For example in the minecart game there are only sounds when gold falls into your cart not as it bounces around You cant adjust the difficulty or time length of any of the minigames as you can in the original Hatchi Feeding your hatchi is ridiculously difficult on an iPhone The food items and hatchis mouth are smaller than your finger so you cant see if you are holding the food near your hatchi or actually feeding it Hatchis dont have least and most favorite foods so theres no reason to feed them different foods It nags you to post your scores to twitter after every minigame you play and when you hit X you are taken back to your hatchi instead of the minigame page so it is needlessly difficult to play several different minigames in a row Additionally the minigames are overall ridiculously unbalanced with most the flappy bird copy the doodle jump copy the orbit game being impossible to get more than a couple coins on while the others are fine in difficulty but very low pay compared to the original hatchis such as the pong and match3 games No store or the useful items from the first hatchi You cant get growth charts to plan what hatchi to get or double coin buffs special food unique eggs etc These extras were a huge part of why the original hatchi stood out When feeding or playing mini games with your hatchi because the status bars are far above the food and game icons you cant see all of them one screen This means its impossible to feed your hatchi just enough to be full without constantly moving the screens around The UI on the original hatchi was much better This one is clunky and takes too long to use Given how your hatchi sits on its own screen with nothing else its counterintuitive that you cant actually interact with it there You cant pet it play with it or give it books or toys like in the original Caring for your Hatchi apparently does nothing you get new hatchis based on breeding different hatchis together not based on things like weight intelligence or happiness In the original you had to raise your hatchis differently to get different stats to get different evolutions In this one each Hatchi has only one adult form Theres no surprise or replayability because you give each the exact same care There is no reason to care for your hatchi other than to get currency to breed them to get another hatchi which you also have no reason to care for        Buggy Unpolished Greatly Inferior to Original

Seriously why would you guys make this iPhone only and not Universal The first Hatchi is Universal so the fact that this one isnt doesnt make any sense 1 star from me until this is Universal I stopped playing games on my iPhone the day I got my iPad so please make this Universal ASAP and Ill change my rating to 5 stars     Why isnt this Universal

After playing the original hatchi I was excited to buy Hatchi two but I was greatly disappointed when I saw that the app was inaccessible with voiceover I have played the original Game so I know its possible to fix this If fixed I will write a better review Thank you     Inaccessible

I have a iPad mini and I would love to play this app but it crashes when I try to launch it Please fix this     Crashes on startup

The original Hatchi was so good I was not expecting its sequel to be so dull The art and interface are fine but can you really not even get rid of a Hatchi that dies Would that feature be so hard to implement Some Hatchis dont even require care and whatever process makes them immortal is never explained This game has potential but it was obviously hastily cobbled together Dont waste your money or time     Crash fixed but still problems

Reminds me of my keychain full of 5 egg shaped tamagotchis So cute Im not having any problems just wish there was a store or something Looking forward to updates                 Love it so so so cute

The games are a bit boring in this one and give hardly any gems I am not sure what the requirements are to evolve hatchi My hatchi is over 11 days old and still just a little water blob The only thing I can see are maybe you have to pay to get the hatchi to evolveif they fix this then I will increase my rating but right now it is broken     Not sure what is going on
