This new update has some good and some bad First the good I have used Hashtags for several years and have found it very handy as it allows you to save strings of multiple keywords For instance I shoot a lot of nature scenes so I frequently use this string of hashtags nightphotograhy nightshot nightlights nightscene nightphoto nighttimephotography lowlight Since I have it saved in Hashtags I not only don t have to remember it but it is easily accessible to copy and paste into a post on Instagram One thing that always bothered me was that there was no way to sync your saved keywords between devices With the addition of iCloud support that is no longer a problem It s a bit funky to get the syncing started if you already have saved hashtags as they don t sync until you add a new keyword You have to do this with each of the Categories but once you do that the syncing works fine Now the bad The new app color scheme a kind of throwback to 1960 s psychedelia is horrible It is hard to read and is also literally painful to look at Fortunately this is not the type of app that you are going to look at for extended periods it s more a get in find what you need copy it and get out kind of deal But I will say this to the developers please change back to the old color scheme or at least something not in quite so blindingly bright neon colors as this Or if you insist on keeping this color scheme at least give us a alternate option in not so bright colors that we can choose                     June 3 2017 update some bad some good BCsJazz

The app is slow to load and awkward to use Though you can save a custom list of hashtags it doesn t allow you to copy a group of hashtags at a time     Awkward to use ajlajl

I love this app and use it daily but I would really love to see more than 5 customized hashtags categories I could very easily save double that amount I don t use the categories that are suggested since I prefer the customization feature you offer                 Great App but Needs More Customized Hashtags Gina LL

Literally just got a new phone and downloaded the app with none of my previous hashtags available I probably had about 200 saved and now I have to start all over I picked the option to restore my purchase thinking maybe they ll show but nope They should change this app to have a log in so it can be carried over from phone to phone What a pain         Needs a change KraftyBuns

I really wanted to give a 5 star review but I can not First the good it works and for what it does it works well I really don t need help with deciding what hashtags to employ so the supplied lists are not all the important to me And I really have NO interest in the hottest hashtags of the moment Clearly the ability to create your own customized and personalized lists IS its greatest feature Now the bad there are only five My Hashtags customized lists available and that is not enough I post on a myriad of topics and could easily use twice that number of personal categories Now the inexcusable The app is device specific and your custom lists can not be shared across different iOS devices For users with iPhones and iPads and interest in custom lists this is unworkable I appreciate that a wireless cloud based synchronization might be expensive to implement But how about a simple Export and Import of the lists as text files 4 star potential but in this user s view a 2 star experience         Highly disappointed but has promise iTunesSux2018
