Unfortunately the layout still isnt working for me I need to be able to organize by property and unit not by tenant        Really Great App But

Our company manages student housing property so all of our move outs occur on the same day Before Happy inspector wed not only have to walk all 348 units within a day but then spend the next week uploading pictures to our server sorting photos labeling photos creating inspection reports etc This years move out was a breeze We simply created the inspection reports in real time on site using the Happy Inspector app on our iPads By the time we finished the unit walks our inspection reports were complete saved to our server and ready to be sent to our property owners and past residents Simply put this app is amazing Off Campus Housing LLC Tallahassee FL                 Nice

Extremely pleased with the flexibility simplicity and customer support I have several multi family buildings and was looking for a program that would enable me to punch list apartments for security deposits turnovers contractors and regular inspections This app allows me to make notes take pictures of the damage or defect add rooms modify categories and instantly email the report Saves time and money Very anxious to see updated version coming shortly                 Happy Inspector

I really enjoy using this app We do 200 inspections every year and this has been the greatest asset at improving quality and consistency in our inspections The customer support is awesome They really do listen to feedback and implement changes accordingly One of the best on the market for customizing to each property and being able to edit areas and add areas on the fly Thanks Jameson and staff for continuing to upgrade the program                 Excellent app with great customer support

I own my own small management company with 10 properties I looked at this program to replace the current checklist system I use for my weekly walkthrus I was able to create a list for one of my smaller properties fairly quickly There were a few things that I would like to have changed and maybe could have but I couldnt figure out how but that wasnt the big issue so Im not going to spend time on that The issue was when after I created a new checklist and wanted to email it to my client I discovered that each time the checklist is converted into a PDF it takes 1 credit You get five credits for free but after that it cost 1699 for 10 credits So every week I would have to buy 10 credits at 1699 Or I would spend almost 900 a year Im sorry but you arent taking that much money from me So close     1699 a week 900 a year

Six dollars a report is ridiculous for something that should be a one time fee I would rather pay 2999 for the app one time than 600 every report I will be looking for a new solution     Way too expensive

I dont mind paying for pay as you go plan 4 per pdf but not having sync Come on now        No Sync

I use this app for periodic inspections and I love it It keeps me organized allows my support staff to see what maintenance items need done as I copy them when i send a report to my Owners Owners love the professional PDF report that I email them with pictures attached Yes you have to pay for the PDF conversions but its an added service to my Owners that is well worth the price                 Great tool

Ok so had an issue called in to the customer service they were so nice and super helpful even though we are not so tech savvy Flipping awesome you never get this customer service and that is so important to us Go happy inspector you kick butt                 Flipping Awesome customer service

App has good interaction and is a good tool but price is insane They basically hijack your info and then charge a boat load to get it Redo your pricing and make it more reasonable like 25report and I would use the app A pen paper and iPhone work just as good and they are free     Good ideaWAY to expensive

I have been very pleased with flexibility to customize the reports to my needs with one exception I wish the rating description could be edited but I use it regularly since I downloaded it              Happy

Really like the program Very easy to use and clients like it very much Would like to be able to change terminology As an example Landlord does not apply to our business owner would be better There is no reason to have Tenant so it should have the flexibility to delete it All in all Excellent                 Review

I own over 500 properties and do move in inspections I use all the Top Real Estate Software from Propertyware on This is the best APP I have every had period Not just in Real Estate but in every APP I have ever bought                 Amazing

The app is only free for 14 days They inform you in an email but not before installing the app This is sneaky           14 day trail

Has a few kinks to work out but this product has certainly increased my efficiency and quality of work Hands down the ability to embed photos in a report gives me ultimate leverage at the end of the lease Eliminates all gray area                 Great evolving product

I use this app for all of my inspections move in move out periodic and new property intake Its very easy to learn and very flexible I can add or delete areas and items on the fly The reports are professional looking and easy to email directly from the app Currently Im a one person shop so I dont have a need for cloud storage but the Dropbox feature is great as it allows my to send reports direct to my computer files Im happy with it for the price and flexibility The only change I hope to see in future versions is for reports to have the pictures in the same section as the related comments In the current version all of the pictures are placed at the end of the report                 Great App for Inspections

Really Way too expensive Over 4 per PDF I am deleting the App     Happy Inspector expensive

This app had great potential but it crashed everytime and has no save feature so everything inputed up to that point lost     Miserable Inspector

I got the app from Facebook and it was the wrong app Nothing in it worked except for registration Downloaded the new app and I get server error please download new app lol Sorry it doesnt work at all     It doesnt work

This app is the perfect balance between functionality and simplicity It has all the features we need to complete detailed move in move out and routine inspection reports but with such ease and simplicity that our employees can perform an inspection with very brief training The reports have an easy to read layout that anyone can understand and having multiple photos per area is a great feature We old recommend this app to any property manager                 Fantastic inspection app for property managers

I love it Yes there are some bugs I prefer this version than version 20 by far Report layouts much nicer prettier less friction points in the process to generate I would like a setting to have images appear against line items rather than send them to the appendix No big deal though At least images are in the report Skitch integration Blow me away and let me export from Skitch directly into happy inspector photo library Wish list at least Being able to shift section areas reordering would be great to Yep V20 does this but I think this version is much better than V20 and all the web interface required to view generate reports Great start keep up the great work                 I love the app
