9 4 14 Update After speaking with bank personnel directly I learned there is a nasty bug which make is non obvious how to set up the app so I m updating this review for others The keyboard can easily appear and obscure the Sign Up button that appears in the lower right of the main screen This can easily happen if you tap on one of the login fields or if a text field gets focus by other means The main screen will not scroll and you cannot dismiss the keyboard The solution is to kill the app and try again hoping that the Sign Up button is visible Once you tap the Sign Up button you can choose a user name and password which are not the same as or linked to an online account you may have You send this request and then wait a day or two for the bank to email you back saying your account is ready At that point you can log into the app and begin using it This morning I photographed a check for deposit and submitted it This afternoon the app indicated that the check had been accepted So yay it finally works Bugs they need to fix The Sign Up button needs to be visible on screen even if the keyboard is up Even if the main screen could be scrolled users are NOT going to know enough to do that why would they suspect a button was being hidden by the keyboard It also wouldn t be enough to be able to dismiss the keyboard again a new user will not think to do that Better yet on a first launch the app should ask if the user wants to Sign Up or Login Once it knows you ve signed up or have successfully logged in then on subsequent launches it could go to the login screen directly Features to add It would be great if the app used push notifications to let you know when a deposit has been accepted or rejected As it is now one has to continually check the app which means I have to log in each time in order to check on the status of the deposit So I ll increase my rating to 3 stars from 1 since the app actually seems to work but it s very basic I d give it 4 stars if they could make the app more user friendly signing up and push notifications and 5 if they tie it in with the online experience sync account names and passwords and check balances etc Original review Trying to get this app working has been an exercise in futility which shouldn t surprise me based on most of my experiences with this bank Apparently one must use a separate username and password than one s web account The kicker is no one can explain to me how to go about setting that up Information on the website No Technical support to call No Clueless staff at the local branch Yes Hopefully I ll get this set up before year s end             Not at all apparent how to set this up Ken Hornak
