Handouts: The paperless classroom made simple

Love this app for my 11 classroom                 The future is here

Wont even open I was so looking forward to trying it out too     Bummer

It helped me cut back the amount of photocopies I did For kids is way more attractive and fun to do classwork and or homework from the iPad Also love the fact they took one suggestion I made and improve some features Love it                 Made teaching way easier

Im an iPad coach at our school This looks like it could be very useful for some of us who are really into paperless classrooms Would there be any way to get a landscape mode Most of my students prefer that to portrait Two or three weeks later I still think its great I signed up for the free for a year version So far Im impressed Its easy to use colorful the kids have a few complaints but overall it works well They love the colorsalmost too many Some spend more time choosing a color than doing their work Could there be an option for the teachers to limit the colors Without that some in the younger grades would never finish Those who teach know what Im talking about Maybe import from other notes apps like Notability would be useful Kids comments The zoom in or out with two fingers is really sensitive and kind of hard to do Pretty good I like it Its good           Just starting out

There should be an interface for laptops too Not just iPads           We want more we want more

I am losing my voice from screaming at this app I will be in the middle of typing and the keyboard will stop A box will go from the place I want it to the top left corner Ill be clicking one box and it will press another The only reason I have this app is because I have to for school PLEASE CHANGE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS APP     Annoying

It erases all my answers automatically and it is very laggy     HORRIBLE app

I used to spend hours at the copiers Now I skip the copier and use handouts                 Awesome class workflow app

I put in my password and my username but it said Errorinvalid login credentials I would have gave in it a 5star but this happened     Dose not work

You must import     Called handouts but there is no handouts

My students and I love Handouts Wish we could get the pro version              First Grade teacher

Im sure this is a nice app but the lunar phase diagram in the first picture is wrong        This is from an education company

This app works great but there is one minor bug that really gets on my nerves Every know and then in the middle of my typing the keyboard will close on its own and then I end up making another text box I dont need Also the trash button in the text tool doesnt work properly apparently the button is out of place or just really small because it usually doesnt work on the first tap The text font will not be saved unless a text box is on screen and sometimes the font doesnt change at all Otherwisethe app works well it is fairly streamlined and it runs quite well One addition you could definitely put in and should is support for landscape orientation It gets a little annoying when I cant type when I cant type the way I want to              This gets annoying

My school uses a BYOD policy and most students use there phones Since phone screens are getting larger and larger why not make a iPhone app Your leaving out a large category of users              Phone app

Used this app for my first class today using sign in with edmodo Most worked no problem but a few did not have worksheets waiting for them when they logged in but most did Overall this doesnt seem reliable enough for everyday use yet        Potential but

The concept is great Our students all have iPads Being able to easily distribute and collect worksheets through the app is great However my students get extremely frustrated as the app constantly glitches They zoom in to write and as they are writing it zooms back out and messes up what they were writing If this could be fixed it would be five stars As it is its not worth the frustration        Frustrating

is that the free app only allows for one class with which to distribute Handouts to students to be created without the 100 annual fee to actually use this app the way it was designed Also when I decided to create a class and add students to see if the sign up fee was worth it you get continuous parse error with which there is no help file or support to fix I got a students email address wrong but the portfolio edit function wont allow me to correct or even delete the student profile in order to create a new one App needs a lot of maintenance before I spend 100 so developer please work it out thx for listening        What they dont tell you

Trying this in my classroom Hoping to reduce the volume of paper So far this was easy to set up and my students are learning how to access and send their work to me Awesome                 New user
