When I get to the drop down menu for selecting my country the App freezes and has to be killed     Cant register using latest iOS

Pity because I actually do like Haaretz but just reading it on a web browser is better than this app        Lots of ads and gated content

Thanks for being one of the few media voices that recognise our shared humanity regardless of cultural heritage                 Thanks for your humane perspective

They charge for this app Every so often I try to reinstall and it fails The most annoying news app Ill let it go for a few days Maybe a miracle or lighted candle will work     Haaretz app fails too often

This app needs to be repaired        The app doesnt work

I get the notifications which are great but now I tried to sign up but the setup screen freezes the app every time I want to select the country And without signing in I dont think you can read any articles anymore They should know that this kind of setup is different from any other major newspaper in the world        I wish it would work

As the others have said this used to be a wonderful app Suddenly theyve taken away virtually all the free content I understand their need to make money I hope they understand my need to delete it     Apparently advertising revs arent enough

The app has worked perfectly for me The notifications are excellent Great journalism I must say I am having a little problem with the app its freezing for some reason but that may just be my phone I am a subscriber and the app its also very easy to navigate                 Great App I find it to be very good journalism

Now that the app was updated all the articles are only accessible with a paid subscription Im deeply disappointed Too bad I appreciate the newspaper and buy it often but used the APP for updates and sharing news Ive deleted the app     Terrible just terrible

The app itself is fine It works and isnt too clunky but definitely doesnt rival most large media companies apps The ads are annoying considering I have a subscription The main issue is that the app doesnt recognize my subscription Im logged into my account in the app but it still locks out articles because it says its for subscribers only Ive logged in and out a few times but no luck This is a major problem for me and anyone who pays money for a Haaretz subscription and expects to be able to actually read the newspaper           Doesnt recognize subscription

Subscriber content was not accessible to me a subscriber I contacted Haaretz support and they reset my account to fix it Otherwise its a great app              May have to reset account to show subscriber content

Just deleted the app after the update Its useless now because everything is locked except for subscribers It was worth 5 stars but not any more     News should be free

Haaretz really improved in the last year The renewed app brings more content for subscribers and great layout                 Great new design and more stories

I was upset when I updated and all the content was locked for paying subscribers But now Im angry that the app doesnt even open Just freezes on the haaretz loading screen then crashes eventually What happened This used to be such a good app Bring it back     So disappointed

I pay around 100 per year and they put ads that I cannot take away for 5 seconds     100 subscription and they put ads

It is a disgrace to offer this app to your paid subscribers It seem to be only a source for spam with large ads making it very difficult to read any of the articles In fact its much easier to read the mobile version with Safari The app designers should look at how well the NY Times app is implemented and try something similar     Terrible app

I would love to subscribe to Haaretz However when I click on the combo box to select my country the app crashes after to got a message saying alert I dont know if this problem has to do with Apples SCREENREADER Voiceover but this u issue needs to be addressed     I CANT SIGN UP FOR HAARETZ USING THE HAARETZ APP WITH THE VOICEOVER SCREENREADER

Ever since downloading the new version the app will not open it just sits at the initial Haaretz page but nothing else     Not working

After tapping the icon an ad appears When you tap the X to get rid of the ad Haaretz disappears Over and over again Right now Haaretz is inaccessible Disappointing        Big Bug

The app doesnt work very well at all Even though I am a subscriber it has a lot if ads in it Sometimes the ads stop me from getting to the actual news content I went through a period that when I tried to use the app on my iPhone the first thing I would see would be a full page ad When I tried to exit from the ad by pushing the X in the upper left hand corner it would exit from the app entirely rather than giving me access to the news content When it does that there is no way to use the app to read the news And when I push the back button in the app it exits the app entirely rather than taking me back to the last news item I read The bottom line is that there have to be a lot easier and more efficient ways of getting Englishlanguage news abut Israel than this app I just downloaded the Jerusalem Post app If that works I may cancel my subscription to Haaretz and go instead with the Post     App is not very good

The arrogance of some reviewers is astounding Gathering news particularly with the quality that Haaretz does it is very costly Im a digital and weekend print subscriber who finds the product is well worth the cost of a few cups of Starbucks a month                 Why should news be free

Israel needs good marketing and this was a place to distribute truth Once again Israel reduces its positive message to the world Bad move by this app     Poor marketing

Update April 21 2013 crashes constantly on my iPhone 4 Crashes regularly Displays news only sometimes Full of bugs Really not a great advertisement for the newspaper or for the OpenTech creators of the app     Buggy and unreliable app

After update most of contact was locked As if the ads on this app dont bring in revenue Hard to get ur point across if people have to pay for news     Sneaky move

Way to go Haaretz This app is much batter than the mobile website now that you support the iPhone 5 screen size Now you just need to make the add banners in the article list move along with the articles when you scroll Take a look at the WSJ app                 Much much better
