It seemed to always be the case about once a year that I had to contact the support area to get me back into the app Now it is more frequently than that and this last time despite trying to reset the password via the app despite reinstalling despite having already reaching out to the digital support area again I m still not able to get to my back magazines or the current issue Getting back to me in 24 hours yeah right     Gotten worse shanmiles

The app is ok However I was disappointed to learn that subscribing does not give you access to past issues You ll only get to read issues from the month you subscribe onward If you want to read any past issues they ll cost you 5 each I guess I should have known that but I feel like it could have been mentioned I was researching a particular gun and had I known I probably would have just bought the issue I was looking for and passed on the subscription             It s ok but Conductor562

Want to know how not to design a magazine app This app is your cautionary tale This app gives you no way to know what issues you have read what issues are new or even which issues you have downloaded to your ipad But wait there is more This app only gives you one option for deleting issues Delete them all No way to delete the issue you just finished reading without deleting all the others you may or may not have read Sad to see such a horrible app for my favorite magazine Please fix this app I ll wait one month for these issues to be resolved and if they aren t I ll have to cancel my subscription     Horrible new App leo2geo

I purchased the digital subscription through the guns ammo s website When I received the email to confirm my account I click to confirm and it redirected me to download the app from the app store which I did from my iphone 6 plus At this point itunes continued to say loading and never progressed further Also when you try to search for the guns and ammo app on the iphone it doesn t show up When I seached itunes on the computer it says compatible with ipad HOWEVER when I purchased the subscription from the website it said it worked with iphone AND ipad Furthermore when I tried to access subsciber services on the g a website it said my account could not be found sent a message to customer support hopefully they respond at this point it was a waste of 15     Terrible and false advertisement Speedingkid

I m a current subscriber to Handguns and Guns and Ammo magazines After upgrading to iOS8 I can t open new magazines I ve sent 5 emails to customer support over the last 2 weeks without a single reply Please help of give me my money back UPDATE Still having the same issue Even though I m a current subscriber to Handfuns and Guns and Ammo magazines it s requiring to pay 4 99 for the lates issues on each magazine respectively After sending emails to the publisher for over a week with no response I decided to post a negative review Right after the posting of the review I got an email from the publisher Customer Service Travis Daniels apologizing and with some steps to fix the issue and if that didn t work he advice to contact iTunes support since they were to blame After contacting iTunes support Laura she verified that I in fact am a current subscriber and that everything was fine on their side and that I needed to contact the publisher to fix the issue Now I m back trying to contact the publisher unsuccessfully for almost a week Honestly it s shame that the customer service is this bad since both are great magazines     Horrible Customer Support rllavina

Neither Guns Ammo more Handguns apps work after IOS upgrade I can not download latest issues nor download previous purchases These are the only two magazine apps that I have that have had IOS 8 problems I am requesting my subscriptions be cancelled and reimbursement for the remainder     Great mag poor app Koi SUV

This developer had the same access to early versions of IOS8 as all developers did and chose to do nothing with it in spite of numerous reports of app crashes The fact that they care that little for existing subscribers to their magazine says volumes to me and has has quaranteed that my subscription will not carry forward If there was a way to give this app 0 stars to keep people from being suckered in I would do so     Epic fail of customers Edgrimes
