Signing up

by Bronxgirl54 I have groupon I already signed up for that, do I use the same username n password for groupon merchant, because when I tried to sign in with my groupon merchant it said username does not match this site. So when I tried to sign up for groupon merchant there isn`t anywhere u can sign up.
