Great app I can check it to see how much student loan debt I have at any time How awesome to know what a hole youre in at any given time But in all honesty it is a good and easy app to use              Easy to use

I would give this app 5 stars if there were some type of loan calculator where you could see your end date if you continue making your scheduled payments I love this app otherwise it makes paying my loan a breeze I love seeing the total amount dwindle slowly but surely Would love to know when Ill be paid off if I keep on schedule though              Youd get 5 stars if

Sure the app functions well for payments but there is no auto capitalization or autocorrect which makes emailing to contact take even longer Fix your app please        Making payments are easy contacting via email not good

Its been almost 1 12 years since the last update There needs to be one in the near future Id add the following to a update optimize for iPhone 6 Be able to log in with Touch ID Be able to make a credit card payment inside the app I dont feel comfortable at all having to say my card number and security code over the phone Something about that that doesnt feel secure           Not bad could be better

I wouldnt trust this app with making my payments given the sketchiness described by other reviewers and honestly theres very little going for it I just have it to check my balance and thats it Why isnt the knowledge center incorporated into the app Whats the purpose of this app if all of the information is exclusively on the full website        very limited

Its so easy to use and easy to remember to make the payment I always have my phone on me and I love that it sends a notification of when the payment is due I wish I could pay all of my loans this way                 Its great

Im having the same problem as many others I make a payment on the app then have to wait 5 days for the transaction to go through You get a confirmation number but theres no update on the app The message center updates on the app would have made this a whole lot easier           Payment issues

Have had a hard time making payments Made a payment and received confirmation email but it never showed as pending or scheduled My bank didnt show the payment was processing So had to submit another payment which has been Scheduled for over 24 hours           Disappointed

This is a great app but Id love to see the interest rate of each of my loans The balance and payment information is useful but interest rates are what drives things           Great but missing one thing

Made a payment checked app the next day and payment has not updated Had I not checked my bank account I would have made a duplicate payment Would be very helpful if payment showed up in the history as paid especially when the funds have already come out of your bank account When it still shows your same due date or pending you automatically think the payment never went through Although you do get a confirmation number the fact that it doesnt update your next payment date makes it a little confusing Would also help if your messages were integrated within the app instead of having to go to the website Isnt that the point of an app To make viewing these things easier on the go Other than that I guess the app does what its supposed to           Ok for the most part

I like the app Im able to pay my student loans instantly well almost instantly Im not sure at what update I started having issues however Im having lag while using the app and only in the app It takes 5 seconds before I can hit any button then I have to wait 5 more seconds for it to process I dont have any issues similar to this on any other app and its not an issue with my phone Please correct this Ive been dealing with this for awhile Im worried the lag is going to cause something a mistake on input or processing              Great but with issues

This app is easy to navigate which makes managing my student loan quick and simple The reminders are a bonus Over all it makes dealing with this monthly bill quick easy and I can be confidant that it is processed accurately every time                 GLE on the right track with this app

This is an update to a previous 5 star review While the app is clean easy and useful I recently had a problem with payments Ive never had a problem with them before and I made a duplicate payment as a result of my initial payment not showing as pending or processing When I called support they told me it would take 30 to 45 days to process I dont have that kind of time to wait for a refund when my account is overdrawn I know that they will say to call them before making another payment but that defeats the purpose of a self service application when I make a payment I should be able to see that payment pending or processing           Perfect the way it is Almost

Ive been using this app to keep track of my student loan for a couple of years now Its userfriendly dependable and provides all the basic features I need to track my payments keep an eye on my balance and know what Im paying each month on interest One feature Id like to see is a calculator on how my loan payoff time would be affected if I changed my monthly payment amount                 Useful and dependable

Is for multiple accounts a way to know whose account is for what student I have 3 kids in college and cant tell which account is for what student Cmon u have to do better than that           What this app needs

This company let alone this app are absolutely terrible I would give 0 stars if allowed Trying to navigate through the automated payment area apparently allowed them to take an additional payment out this month When I tried to get it corrected the response was sure well refund it in a couple of weeks If you dont see it just call us back and we can try again Quick to take action if we mess up very slow to correct it when its their fault     Terrible

I love this app and I love paying my student loans right on time This app make me feel so responsible with paying my bills I love it           AWESOMENESS

Great for checking balances and transactions as well as making quick payments UI is a bit primitive Would ideally like some more functionality eg adjusting auto pay settings              Very useful

The app has a clean interface and allows for a quick click and pay but I find it very sketchy of them to leave out what interest rate each loan has If you are like me and have lots of loans from school it is too hard to memorize all the interest rates You always want to put extra money towards the highest interest loan and them not displaying the interest amounts is an obvious suggestion that they want the quickon the go people to just make a payment towards any loan in hopes that they can make more money on interest This is a very bad business model        Beware of sketchy practices

This app helps me make my payments as needed and shows my outstanding balance The are some small bits of information that it could include to be more helpful This app doesnt allow for a breakdown of my loans by rate and type unlike the website Also it will not show when my grace period will end or when my first payment is due           Helpful but lacking
