This app is missing many of the functions that one would expect from typical GPS products There are no prospective functions Like how do I get to Carnegie hall other than practice this app cant tell you        Very sophisticated GPSbut
I was wrong This app does what it states and it is accurate As I have said in my previous evaluation this app has two modes C and P The two modes are actually just two different ways to do the same thing they tell the app how to calculate the route In this particular case the app developer was not thinking like a customer From the viewpoint of the customer we dont care really how the app calculates a route so long as it does so reliably and accurately For an accurate route then the settings need to be set to a minimum it doesnt really matter which mode since they both actually belong to the same equation Your just substituting one variable for another The app will then generate thousands upon thousands of points which you will have to try to ignore since they have no purpose to the customer If the develper had thought like the customer he would have realized that no one needs to know where theyve been every 20 seconds or 200 feet No other GPS app includes these points as part of the user interface for good reason they make it impossible to display the important information on the map because they are lost in a sea of useless points When a customer speaks of a point he means things like this is where I started my journey or these are the stops I made on the way or this is where I was when I got a speeding ticket Although the app has a POI point of interest option you will find that as I have said no other useful information such as time can be displayed without being overrun by thousands of useless points When minimum settings are used for C and P modes the route and distances are extremely accurate I had the app set at 132 feet in C mode running for 6 hours over multiple stops over long and short distances and it was accurate to 02 miles Because this app is accurate and does what it claims to do in the description I have changed my rating to 4 stars Obviously it needs to be improved One way could be to make route accuracy a function of a slider When the customer slides a button one way accuracy increases Slide it the opposite way and accuracy decreases The other of course is to get rid of the tens of thousands of useless points Instead of displaying all of them make them a part of a search option For example allow the customer to find out where he was at a specific time such as where was I at 230 pm Lastly it is important to note that the app developer Hiro deserves recognition This person responded promptly to my emails and genuinely cares about his product and customers I recommend the app highly for thqt reason I have no doubt that Hiro will continue to improve the product and I look forward to the results              I was wrong about this one
It does pinpoint your location and where youve been But if what you want is an app to tell you how to get where you want to go this isnt it And absolutely no help or instructions of any kind     Not What Youre Looking For
