Google Shopping Express

Got an awesome deal offer but found it didnt deliver in my area even though Im literally 5 minutes outside of one of the major cities where it does deliver Unfortunate     More areas

Ive been using this service for over almost a year now As other reviewers have mentioned the same day delivery convenience is no longer the same as many delivery time windows are sold out but for the most part the service is good when youre able to find a decent time slot Im knocking down a couple stars due to the high inconsistencies in prices Im noticing The same item previously ordered may be marked up as much as 5 more when you view the item on a later day Sale items also have the original price showing at a higherlower price than the day before which is very misleading I understand prices may vary and adjust over time but to see dramatic price changes within a week is a major turn off           Good service inconsistent prices

I used to do all my groceries and enjoyed time out and bought more then what I needed but now since I started shopping through Google made it easy and saved a lot of money and time Thanks google                 Made me lazy

Extremely difficult to get a delivery to my private mailbox service at Postal Chase here in SF Never had an issue in 10 years with UPS Amazon or FedEx for beer wine etc with delivery to Postal Chase Claimed they needed to deliver to me personally at first and now wouldnt accept that folks at Postal Chase are over 21 without wanting to scan ID Unresponsive on Googles end can only email customer service Courier in the east bay said they would re reroute to no avail as Im still waiting on delivery Use another delivery service for booze in San Francisco Now Ill have to make a trip to BevMo anyway Total hassle and waste of time     Use another service for beer wine and liquor

Amazing amazing service No problems with the app either Just used it for the first time yesterday and had a flawless experience I guess it would be great if the app sorted similar products by price or broke it down in priceperunit or if I could even just browse items within a store like if it showed everything I could possibly order from Costco instead of having to search for a specific item or sift through recommendations BUT for what it is its so great Im sure Google will only keep improving this service Ill stick with it and continue to order through Google Express                 Love Google Express

I really loved how easy it was to priceshop and view all the options for the items I wanted until the update Now that everything is sorted by store it takes longer to order because Im still trying to compare my options I dont give a hoot what store it comes from From my perspective its a downgrade in service for the customer Very unhappy about this version        Thumbs down for the update

I do most of my shopping thru this app If fresh products are added that would be the best service ever Could be improved thru greater sorting criteria              So convenient

I dont like the new app it takes much more time to compare prices between stores as you need to go into one store to check the options then go back and check the second store then the third maybe go back to the first Its not user friendly And you not necessarily see what you are looking for Maybe 1 or 2 items the rest seems to be that they are showing things so you buy something other than what you were looking for just in case you forgot I dont like that It was a good app Why did you do this Thanks     Is there a downgrade option

Currently on free trial time Have done two orders First was perfect Second missing one item but they refunded item costat least promised they would and same day reply So far so good Not sure I will fee when trial runs out We will see                 So far great app and service

I love that I can use this as a shopping list As I find things that I need to get at the store I select them in the app Then when Im ready I can just tap purchase and its delivered to my front door the next day All while continuing in my normal daily routine Highly recommended                 Convenient

UPDATE Well the latest update made the app significantly worse There are actively userhostile changes in it 1 You can no longer easily add items to save for later from the cart 2 Items are no longer sorted by relevance but by store Not helpful AT ALL 3 It used to be if an item was offered in multiple stores but was cheaper elsewhere it would give you the option to comparison shop Thats gone 4 The 15 minimum per store introduced in this release has made me reach for the app SIGNIFICANTLY less Original This is an amazing service but the app has a few issues Im sick of seeing Google push their material design UI on iOS fit in with the platform or pack up and go Trying to push a different UX paradigm on users who have chosen not to use your platform is simply confusing selfserving and pointless When I zoom an image I want to zoom that image Shocking I know I dont want a blurry 3D model of the product to appear and start dancing around while Im trying to read it I want to read the tiny print in the photo I clicked Yeah I get it You made this cool thing and Im sure youre very proud of yourselves But again it ceases to be cool when you push it on us At the very least let us zoom the real images also     Great service iffy app

I love the ease of shopping with GSE but I hate the new product shelf view Please bring back the old list view You have to know your users by now well enough that we shop by price and that is also your best value but now that products are listed via store and I have to click the more link to expand every time just makes me angry Come on you are Googlers you are smarter then this     Please bring back the list view

Its a great service especially in cities likes Manhattan where you dont have a car or time to go grocery shopping You order and next day your stuff if at your door I would like to have frozen things but overall is great Especially Costco                 Great app

Ive been a paying customer for a year now but the service is quite inconsistent Some days they come on time some days they never arrive Ill be trying out other services to see if its better     Very inconsistent in San Mateo

This is a fantastic service Im a new mom and I live an apartment so getting goods up to my place is a pain I order a small variety of things and am always satisfied with the purchase                 Awesome service

Today I got presented with a new privacy policy to accept It says theyll share our purchase information with merchants and other third party vendors for analytics Basically theyre not making enough money as is so they now want to sell everyones personallyidentifiable purchase information F that Time to start using one of the many other delivery services available nowadays most of them with faster delivery times Sameday delivery no longer happens with Shopping Express in the Bay Area so its no better than oneday shipping from Amazon Prime anyway Bye guys     Nightmare privacy policy update

I am probably in the top 10 Google shopping express users and fans With the new app Im ready to cancel my membership Everything that made this product amazing and unique was lost I really hope Google takes our feedback and adjusts     Best to worst

I hate taking my kids to the grocery store with me and Google express has cut those trips in half I only go for pretty much dairy and produce now                 Mothers dream come true

I hate the new upgrade that shows 2 results per store then makes you click into each page One of the reasons I use google shopping was to easily see options across all the stores WITHOUT having to check one by one Will use the desktop website for now if it isnt fixed soon I may switch to prime pantry     Upgrade ruined the app

I hate the new version update Prior to downloading this update I was able to search for apple juice boxes and I would see the list of everything and from there I could filter by brand store etc I could also click on a product scroll down and see if another store had a better deal When I search for something now the filter will not show all of the brands and it auto filters everything by store It also will not show the product I want had to go into my prior purchases to add it This is my first review of an app and I am very unhappy with this new update I will not continue my membership if this continues     Why ruin a good thing Dont be Evil Google

On mobile clicking membership in the account drop down on the website wont allow me to cancel my subscription It says youre already a member With a link to the mobile app or a Redirect to home page if you stay in your browser What the hell Now I have to download this crap app to cancel my service Get bent     Shady Google practices

This new version of the app forces you to view products by each store rather than by lowest price As is did in previous versions It makes it very difficult to shop and compare items and often sends you the wrong it or has them mismarked Avoid this app     Terrible App Experience

Still giving stores business w the modern convenience of delivery to your doorstep without the hassles of parking your car going aisle to aisle looking for your products and then standing in line This is a must have for moms on the go like me Thank you google for a service that enables sales to stores and not ecommerce monopolies                 The new modern convenience
