I was on a business trip to Salt Lake and happened to be watching the local morning news program when the Goodie Goodie app maker was on the program I thought this could be good Real good I immediately stopped and installed it I couldnt wait to get home to get buy in from my wife Well she was on board right away Weve changed our household dynamics overnight As a bonus we got the app when it was still free Moreover I was impressed with how ready the app was at launch Keep it up Goodie Goodie and Im sure you will receive many G points                 Goodie

I original wrote a review which included things that I didnt like about this app immediately after that I received an email from them addressing all of my issues The customer service I received was better than any app I have ever had so I just had to come back and revise my rating If you have any trouble with your app or any suggestions I encourage you to let them know before deleting it Of course I have other reasons I love this app I love that the kids participate in keeping up with points I have a 16 8 and 5 year old and they all love getting to pick which goodie to put in their bags I also like that my husband and I can both use the app to reward the kids And the fact that it is all free with the exception of the gift card fees is wonderful I hate getting an app where the kids are limited on what they can pick I always end up deleting them I still suggest having a tutorial in the beginning for both the adults and children version                 Revised rating Amazing customer service

FINALLY a chore and rewards app that does it all and well This has app is way overdue So happy to get rid of the large ugly bulky chore charts that hang all over my clients homes Not only does it make chores fun for kids but it has a built in reward system so kids can earn gift cards to their favorite brands within the app                 My clients love it

Love this app My husband and I use it together It has been great for us to keep track of things he needs from me He sends me G Missions like Get movie tickets for Friday night or Bake Cookies and even Give extra kisses I have been racking up my gift cards which have mostly been for AMC movies Oh and I love that I can pick the candies in my bag The giant lollipops and pink donuts are my favorite                 Not Just For Kids

Im not planning on entering my cc info for this app Is this the only way to see how many points youve awarded to your child If so I guess Ill try a different app        Cant see how many points earned

Great concept but doesnt work Before you can use it you have to sync your childs information username name and pass code for child you can also add their picture However there is NO SYNC BUTTON therefore the app doesnt work Please fix this problem so I can give a higher rating     Not finished

What an excellent app to set goals monitor progress and reward positive behaviors Its also a unique way for grandparents to have fun with grand kids and to send them a bit of by working together to set and meet agreed upon tasks The app is easy to use and makes for an additional way to communicate about common family values to promote overall interdependence Thanks to the creators of such a fine family tool to build fine results Great job                 Excellent motivator

The main feature giving this app an edge above the rest is the gift card reward system more fitting for ages 10 Dont be fooled though you can still create your own rewards for any age There is a lot of potential with this app It does all that it claims but there are a few additional features Id like before getting invested First and foremost how are they protecting our financial data Be sure to read the details Id personally like more transparency with this major issue considering the more frequent and common data breaches amongst major corporations Second the ability to create an unassigned G mission with the ability for a child to choose to complete that task Kind of like a special forces G mission those tasks that dont have to be done but it would be an added bonus A child can claim the mission and parents can assign or reassign as needed This special task can be awarded more points as you see fit but it allows kids more incentive to be proactive Third the ability to select more specific repeating dates for G missions Just weekdays weekends or every other weekend for example Personally I have step kids who arent with us every day but they do have daily repeating chores when they are with us This added feature alone would be extremely useful Last but not least better cross platform synchronization Good work with the two major app stores Apple and Google but wheres the browser or web option        Major Potential but Updates Needed

A very cool concept I would use it more but at times it just feels a little slow or not very snappy The best example is when starting up the app with the animation and then the login process Maybe it just needs a UIUX pass But still really like it                 49 stars

My daughter I love the app We like that we can set our tasks and she can choose what she wants to work on However when I set a G Mission for daily tasks they disappear after she completes it once I would give the app a 5 rating if they would fix this              Wonderful but G Missions disappear

App was great but within the last few days it has stopped working on both my phone and my sons phone Slow to load doesnt always give me missions to approve and now missions are missing and completely blank Completely disappointed as my son had collected 46 coins He was almost half way towards his goal It was working so effectively as a behavior tool and now he has lost interest as we never know when it will work and now appears totally dead Do Not Buy     Stopped working

There are no shortage of ways to organize chores and weve certainly tried them all The wheels the lists blah blah This app is a really innovative approach I love the motivation it offers and of course the way it organizes everything we have to do                 Such a good idea

Looks like a great concept and I like how the description is upfront about inapp purchase opportunities looks like via the parents account However I would like to try it out without having to register it requires registration in order to use it           Requires registration

Greatest app ever Probably the most valuable app on my kids iPod Finally someone developed a productivity app for kids My kids cant wait for me to create g missions for them Frankly Ive run out of chores for them Whoever came up with this genius idea should be commended great job on this app                 Awesome app

I like this app because now I actually get stuff I care about by doing the things my parents want me to do It makes me want to do it instead of forgetting and getting yelled at all the time And I can get gift cards Awesome                 Really cool

I cant discreetly use this app due to the overly load music each time I launch the appeven with sound effects turned off in the settings I am willing to forgive the fact the app constantly forgets who I am and I have to force a close to relaunch it as my user account Just kill the stupid launch sound Sorry you paid so much for the needle drop music but it is ANNOYING     Turn off the music and I will give you 4 stars

Loved the app have been using it for a week with my daughter signed in on ipad Great immediate reinforcement for 4 yr old She can see a physical item being added to a goodie bag as soon as is approved by me that she had accomplished a goal Suddenly tho our account is not saved bad had trouble logging in since update Good thing I didnt add my credit card for gift card purchases No explanation           Would be 5 stars but sudden glitches reduce to 3

Love the idea that this app has However it is full of bugs and older iPods 4th generation will not work with this requires iOS 71 or higher Im not going to buy newer iPods for my kids just to be able to install the newer iOS and this app Plus 2 of my kidsout of 4 cannot log into their GMissions They can only see their jobs thru my parent session Which defeats the goal of this app Too bad my kids were very excited by the potential this app offered however it is falling flat when it comes to user functions Update with fixes soon        Great concept buggy app

Instructions are vague I wasted quite a few hours setting it up for 3 kids thru trial and error but Im liking it now that weve figured out many of its quirks Suggestions 1 make it possible to mark some missions mandatory 2 Add these icons a vacuum a hose a broom a duster nail clippers a sun to indicate going outside a babysitting image an assortment of vegetables to indicate eat vegetables an exercise image a lawn mower a spade for gardening a leafblower rake 3 add a way to remind kids if they seem to be ignoring an important task              Good but needs some work

Best new app ever Finally I dont have to be the one responsible for keeping track of chores homework allowances etc My daughter does it all Shes even started to think up new ways to earn points Last night she asked if she could double her points by reading twice as long LOVE IT                 Goodie Goodie

This app is amazing It is definitely easy to use and very intuitive Finally there is an easy way to get my kids to do their chores They really respond to the incentives lol who wouldnt Now I have them even requesting prizes which is very fun Great app                 Great app

Great concept but needs more fine tuning for ease of use I keep wondering why I cant see how many points my kids have earned Also why arent entered missions saved in a list so they can be reassigned at some point instead of having to reenter it every time for anything that doesnt fit into the dailyweeklymonthly schedule Also once a mission has been completed it completely disappears until the next cycle Why not keep them visible somewhere marked completed It would be great for them to SEE what theyve accomplished instead of just what they still have left to do Also why have all missions completely disappeared at the end of the day None of my missions have due dates I entered several daily and weekly tasks but when my son went to complete one at bedtime everything was gone I have more suggestions but I dont see any way to contact the developers via the app           Work in progress

I love this app It ha been great for my 7 year old with keeping her on track with her daily chores and tasks However since the latest update my iPhone iPad version stopped working properly Yesterday my iPhone version came back but my iPad version WILL NOT Please fix ASAP Would love this more if we could use it again Also wish you had this available through a web page so that we things like this happen we dont lose access to our info or lose the progress completely Thank you RS              Great App but needs some tweaks

This is a great idea but with so many issues The scheduled G missions do not reoccur I have to reenter them everyday Also the history just started today I have been using the app for over a week        Frustrating

This app wont let you use it without entering a credit card Its obviously just someone trying to sell gift cards and not really a chore or allowance app Also the other 5 star reviews here seem very fake     Dont waste your time

My whole family is so excited about Goodie Goodie My kids are excited to complete their G Missions and it is helping me stay organized We are already arguing less about homework and dishes Im so happy Love this app                 Fun For Everyone

This app is fantastic It gives your child immediate positive reinforcement for completing tasks The option for giving kudos when you notice them doing something extra is great It is so easy to focus disciplining the negatives and forgetting to praise the positives this is great app to help make that 7 positives to 1 negative happen My daughter is so excited to finish her missions Ive also added homework tasks and it has ended the nightly weeping wailing and gnashing of teeth or math Thank you Adding a few more reward options would be great and being able to edit the mission and points would be great too                 Positive Reinforcement

My kids are actually doing their chores and asking for more What They love the new candies                 this app is a dream come true
