Golf Island (Free)

Since there were no reviews of this I downloaded it to see what it was like You start out the game with a joystick in the lower left of the screen a golf ball in the lower middle section of the screen and a power slider on the right The goal is to move the ball around the scenery to find coins that are scattered about You do this by a rotating the screen using the joystick b determing the power of your swing using the power slider and c tapping the golf ball to swing You dont actually see your character swinging the ball nor do you see a golf club Its not a golf game The terrain consists of trees rocks water and grass There are several high rocks with flat surfaces that you need to land the ball on so you can collect coins on those rocks If your golf ball lands in the water you go back to the same place where you attempted that swing so you can redo it The power slider will be set to the same position as it was when you attempted the previous screen so if you need to swing a little harder youll have an idea of how much you need to adjust the slider While I thought the game play was interesting it didnt keep my attention long Im also not an avid golf fan so maybe thats why If you like golf and are looking for something different it cant hurt to try it out           Interesting idea
