This app is a little strange with navigating the map to set up pins instead if manually setting addresses Fares are fair so no guilt Though I wish they had the gps goodness if uber and had etas for our cabbies No easy option to tip I don t like carrying cash on me and like charging everything to card Solid compared to uber However there is no option to save addresses for an easier time to go between destinations Looking at the set up between our local drivers and uber drivers they can both exist             Compared to Uber Nice is Neat

App is great service is horrible I called and they had me on hold for 10 minutes Then when I finally booked a cab and checked the status of it 30 minutes after my original call it said still waiting for cab to be assigned I finally got so frustrated that I cancelled it all together Wouldn t recommend it to anyone     HORRIBLE SERVICE sammysamsam123
