**** F.A.Q. **** Q. Why do I have to pay for extra levels in a Free Game? A. Like everyone else we need to cover our development expenses and feed ourselves :(
Q. There's only 16 levels in my Glow Puzzle? A. Use the left and right arrow on level select screen to navigate between level sets.
Q. What do those border indicator on level select represents? A. Pink border (completed), White border (unlocked), Black border (locked), Diamond (unlock via in-app purchase).
Q. Why can't I access most levels that I already own (Black border)? A. The game levels are unlocked progressively as we encourage players to finish all of the levels. You will have to complete a level before two of the next levels will be unlocked.
Q. I've paid for additional level pack and it did not appear in my app, what should I do? A. Select one of those diamond icons in other level sets to open the level pack downloader. Go ahead and download those level packs again. Level packs in Glow Puzzle are non-consumable items and you will only have to pay for them once. An alert notice should popup saying that you've already made the purchase and it will proceed to download the level pack.
